I am happy with the sign and the design based on a design I already had. It is bright and impressive when I have it on.
It was expensive I thought but I knew the price before I ordered obviously. My issue was the delivery time it took a number of weeks and twice as long as originally promised. I had a holding email that was obviously automated just before the date I should have received the item.
I think paying a premium I would expect at least to have the item delivered on time or reasonably late.

From the design stage with elouise to the updates and the quality of the sign this company is better than we could of imagined,massive thanks and would highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good sign made, although it took quite a while.

Terrible customer service, it says it only take 2-3 weeks for delivery, and it took 8 weeks for delivery.

The worst customer service. We been ignored for almost 3 weeks now. They do not want to talk over the phone, there is always someone will call you back ASAP, but don’t expect anyone to call you back - this never happened. We still didn’t receive our order after 5 weeks of waiting. To not believe them! They are not going to make and delivery your order on time. We still do not know what to expect when our order will come if it will come. But it’s look like the quality will be poor as well as customer service. I am definitely not recommending Neon87.

Could not be more pleased with the light. I threw an odd and difficult idea at them and they executed it perfectly. Better than I had imagined.

No customer service. Broken wire upon delivery, non functional lights. Large Cracks and scratches in acrylic, glue residue everywhere - these are the cheap versions that others are advertising on the socials. Poor workmanship,ignored emails and i had to make a claim from my credit card. I sent 10 emails and still no responce. Choose elsewhere, and avoid wasted time and effort. E.G plugged it in as per instructions - does not work. Looks like its been made up of 3 different scrap acrylic offcuts.

My sign came really quickly although I realised upon receiving it that you're based down the road and I could have collected it.
The quality is fantastic and it looks amazing. I can't wait to start hiring it out to customers for their wedding days.

Excellent service! Ordered a customised sign, really helpful with the design process and gave lots of options. Sign arrived 3 week later and looks amazing far better than I expected and much better than I’d seen from other companies, the wiring in particular was really well hidden.

Would definitely recommend, you won’t be sorry
