I ordered a small gin bar sign, to commemorate my late wife, and the company were very flexible with the actual size I required, plus it arrived in very good time. The sign itself is absolutely stunning and I can't wait until it's on display at my daughter's wedding! Will definitely use Neon Pop again and I highly recommend. Very good value for money too!

Poor Poor company**

From start to finish been a shambles. We needed this sign for our showroom opening. Asked for a mock up which took nearly 5 days and was forgotten about. Paid for quick delivery which was delayed and told lies it was going through extra security checks, Item finally turned up and one side of it is half the brightness of the other, said they will send out different adapters which never received, quality is rubbish and customer service even worse, asked for a phone call to discuss and instead got an email. avoid avoid avoid, will be reporting to trading standards. Also I’ll be informing Trustpilot to investigate all the 5 star reviews as they seem extremely suspicious as they all have only 1 review unless they reviewed this company twice, both reviews 5star. I’m more disappointed in myself falling for what I believe to be fake reviews and now I’ve let my showroom team down.

Absolutely love our neon sign. We ordered our sign to have stood behind us on our top table on our wedding day and then with the intention of putting on our dining room wall. All our guests loved the sign and it made for some amazing pictures. We opted for the battery pack also, and the charge lasted all day and night! I think there is probably some charge still left!
The customer service was brilliant too, we message once or twice for an ETA and they messaged back in no time. It came with a remote and brackets and the option to change the settings too, from the brightness of the light to having it flash at different speeds.
Over the moon with it, better than we could of imagined!

The sign we ordered is absolutely amazing. The quality and the finish is excellent. The website is very easy to use and the options are laid out very clearly. Very please and would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the overall quality of the sign. Very robust and comes with a thick board which seems hard to break. Bought it for our sons room and definitely makes a difference. It is very bright so we recommend the dimmer which compliments the light perfectly. Will be buying again from here.

Placed order on 9th Dec 2021....finally received a broken sign on 5th Feb 2022.

This was despite 4 emails from customer services during Jan 2022 stating, order was despatched, would be despatched, would be received by 20th Jan. All Lies.

Now struggling to get my money back as they say it's a custom made sign.

Am now involving Paypal and Trading Standards.

Worst company I've dealt with in years ...please go elsewhere for you Neon Sign !!!!!

Worst company Iv ever bought from , sent a sign that does not work and ignore my messages and won’t honour there faulty items policy!!!!! Spent hours emailing and trying to get this problem sorted but they just robbed my money and sent an item that does not work !!!! Avoid this company
