5 Star service

5 Star service. Couldn’t be happier. Our daughter loves her new sign in her room. We’re able to dim it all the way down like a night light. We’ll be back for the kitchen.

Good customer service

I ordered a HOME sign with a battery pack as sign to go nowhere near a plug socket. Order was delayed and was sent an email to let me know. Communication very good so waited for sign which took 5 weeks. I received the sign and set up. The sign came with batteries so put in place snd switched the sign on. Initially the light was bright, but the light dimmed quickly. I felt a bit disappointed with the light. So emailed Neonpop who asked for pictures so duly sent. The outcome was to have a adaptor sent. Which Neonpop are sending free of charge. I dealt with Shenney who stayed in contact with me and was really helpful. So although originally disappointed with the sign cannot fault the customer service. Thankyou Shenney!

Our sign arrived in perfect condition

Our sign arrived in perfect condition, easy to install and looks fab. It was a little later than planned but we were kept well informed by email so we didn’t need to chase. Once we were told it was on its way it arrived next day. Great service.

Great communication and great sign!

My wife used Neon Pop to create a sign for our recent wedding. They were upfront about potential delivery delays but when we reached out and told them that we needed it within a certain timeframe so that it would be ready for our wedding, they made sure it was delivered within the agreed timeframe. Communication was great throughout and we absolutely love the sign - currently planning on putting it up in the house now that we're done with the wedding!

Very sturdy and cool signs

Very sturdy and cool signs. I’ve used other companies in the past who use 5 mm plastic but these guys use thicker plastic. Cannot fault these guys. Their quality is absolutely fantastic. Well done.

Helpful staff and excellent support…

Helpful staff and excellent support with the design process. There was a delay with our order but one phone call and they made sure we got our sign in time for our shops opening. Our clients love the sign. Its super bright and really well made. We will definitely be back for more signs to put around our shop. Highly recommend Neon pop

Quality sign and brilliant customer…

Quality sign and brilliant customer service. Was kept up to date all the way and even received a mock up of my order and was allowed to make changes to it. Would highly recommend them. Price was the lowest I found online.

Ordered a neon sign for sons bedroom

Ordered a neon sign for sons bedroom. It looks fab! Can’t wait to give it him for Christmas.
It has took a while to deliver but they have been open and honest with me when communicating.
Definitely worth the wait :)

I understand that there are…

I understand that there are complications with delivery deadlines, however, the only negative point I have is that there could be better proactive communications when it comes to letting the customer know just how long one might be waiting. The product is of good quality and it does really show up well. I am pleased with my purchase and will be ordering another sign.

Poor service, poor communication

Having ordered a custom sign, i emailed to ask where it was once the 10-14 day delivery timescale had passed, and was told it would be with me the next week. 2 weeks later and I still didn’t have it only to be told it was with the design team… I requested to cancel my order and be refunded. After being told 5 days for a refund I had still not received the funds after 3 more weeks of chasing for it. Communication poor.

Faultless transaction.

Faultless transaction.
Ordered. Changed the size spoke to charming staff, received immediate refund for the difference. Sign arrived on the day they promised. It was a great success. I would recommend Neon Pop to anyone

The ART of LYING by NEON POP II

One star because i cannot give zero!!!!
Terrible customer service Item ordered and paid for, promised 14 day delivery : phoned after ten days for update, told it would be 14 working days, then nothing. Apologetic email very busy will prioritise order etc .... nothing. sent proof which looked nothing like the order ******* promised another proof......nothing Requested refund ...... no response.
I have written to the MD and asked him to ring me to discuss what it feels like to be one of his customers, noting this type of signage is usually for a very special occasion, before i start my social media campaign and paypal complaint : (
will update post discussion if contacted .

I PERSONALLY WOULD STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
Update 1: The MD's name has been removed at the request of the company. As he couldn't spare the time to respond, speaks volumes . The customer services manageress who rang in his place promised to refund , still waiting . Will commence paypal and trading standards formal complaint tomorrow , followed by media campaign against this dishonest company . Watch this space . Note the MD who does not want to be asscociated with his company can be identified via companies house data.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - I ordered a sign 2 weeks ago for my step daughters birthday, paid extra for 8-10 working day delivery - I just called today on the 10th working day and they told me they are experiencing delays and they can’t guarantee when it will arrive and it may get here mid November at the earliest!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE - they should not be accepting orders if they can’t fulfill them - waiting for my refund

Couldn’t be happier with the service

Couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I placed the order I was kept up to date with the whole process. Received the mock-up from the design team and they were really helpful with the changes I required. Received the sign in time for our event and it was easily the most talked about piece in our event. We will definitely be back for more. Thanks to the team for their help.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

If I could give this shambles of a company zero stars I would.

A very long and very stressful story short, they had 4 weeks to make a simple design, which I had provided drawings for.

After not hearing in 1st week, i called and was told I would get a quote that day, week 2 no quote, called again, end of week 2, called got an invoice!!

Had to ask them to confirm in writing that if I paid, I would get sign off on design and it would get delivered by my delivery deadline. I got that confirmation.

The DAY BEFORE my deadline I got a design at 18:30, which needed adjustment. Office was closed. Called the following morning and was told it was too late to receive a new design as it was being made.... This is the day of the delivery deadline.

At the end of the delivery day I was told it had been sent and I would receive tracking, which I did not. Fast forward to 17:00 the FOLLOWING day (deadline missed) and after a lot of yelling, it was sent in an uber. 1 day late, but at least I had it.

I pulled it out of the packaging, and it was rough cut with all the polythene on the acrylic, bad glue marks and looked like it had been cut out with a. bread knife. The gaps around the design were not symmetrical either.

I plugged in the battery pack - it started to smoke and get very hot immediately, I plugged it in and got very hot and neither time did it actually light up.

This was a WEDDING GIFT FOR MY NEW WIFE ON HER WEDDING DAY. I should have known better than to trust this shoddy new company.

I called and called for days and no one responded to me and was told I had to email 'contact' email address, no one apologised, no one called, no one wrote back.

I was £200 down and without a working gift.

I had to go through PayPal to get my money back.

Weddings are stressful at the best of times but this horrific company caused more pain and angst that I have ever experienced and then to get a DANGEROUS sign was the final straw.

The CEO of this company and their staff should consider a swift career change.
