This a a response to you accusing me of deformation of your company. We have all of the what’s app messages between yourself and my daughter and myself constantly trying to get the faulty signs replaced. They was delivered in January 2021 her business opened April 12th by the 21st of April contact was made to yourself as the signs had faded from neon pink to white on the 22nd of April 2021 she was promised they would remade and sent out this never happened
This then started the hundreds of messages and promises they would be remade and sent out
On the 18th of January 2022 arranged for a courier to come and collect the signs on the 17th Feb 2022 you messaged to say the signs was under investigation……….10 MONTHS and hundreds of lies and broken promises later we are still waiting .
I can post the full conversations between neon and ourselves if you like

Awful! Avoid like a plague

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered in July 2020, had the sign delivered, all was good. We went into lockdown in November, then again in December and I wasn’t able to work until April 2021. Anyway, popped to work a few times before that April, decided to turn on the sign once and it wasn’t working..2 letters were not bright anymore and the sign just didn’t light up like it used to, bear in mind that it had only been on from mid August-beginning of November and then 3 weeks in December, all the cables were wired accordingly so they were not moved or touched. It’s supposed to last at least 10 years and I didn’t expect that for an item that I paid £449.
Contacted Neons and they were hard to get hold of/get a reply from to for a while my surprise as wen I ordered the sign customer service was lovely(as they wanted me to spend my money obviously). They said they’ll fix it which was fine by me as it was March 2021 and I didn’t go back to work until mid April. They sent a returns label which was great. April came and no sign of the neon sign. Eventually they said it’s ready and will be shipped. They never asked me if I still have the same address etc. I messaged them saying that I am going back to work on 12th April so if it’s shipped after I might not be home but at works address. They used UPS for a delivery and I wasn’t at home of course so the delivery guy attempted to deliver twice and then returned the parcel to Neons(it’s all in the tracking information). It said it was delivered back to Neons but they tried to act as if it was delivered to me or my neighbour but there was no pics or signature and shipping info said it was sent back to them. From then things got messy. I could never get hold of them as they just wouldn’t reply and if they did, it was weeks later saying they asked UPS to investigate. I never received a message from them with what the UPS have said, I just got ignored. Then they kept promising me that they’ll make a new sign. I’ve been waiting for that sign from June 2021 until this day. Eventually in September or October someone called Mikey messaged saying that I will get my refund(as I had requested it by this point). When weeks passed I messaged again and he replied weeks later saying the same thing, that I will get my refund and not to worry. Well, I’ve still waiting for it and my messages don’t get replied to anymore. It’s too late for my bank to get involved so I’m opening a small claims court case soon because I won’t give those scammers my money.
Awful, awful, awful company!!! I so regret ordering from them. I think all their Insta followers are bought and they delete comments or turn them off because I personally know more people this has happened to with Neons. And I think Mikey is the guy we need to be chasing(Neons follow him on Insta so easy to find him).
I just hope I can get some of my money back from them from the small claims court.

SCAM ALERT This is a scam

SCAM ALERT This is a scam, ignore this at your peril.
Original order was made March 2021 which was to be delivered within 21 days. By August still no sign, but many excuses from Neons. We requested a refund but they said they were sending another sign. they did. It was less than a quarter of the size ordered and paid for. We have not been able to communicate with them since. They have literally ignored us. So yes this is a scam. How they can continue to advertise is beyond me. SCUM

This was a present for my girlfriends nail studio and she could not have been more happier. She was able to customize the sign to her spec, and check in on the process as it was being made. It looks great and is easy to install, and I highly recommend neons uk

IGNORE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS, I WISH I HAD! Do not waste your money!

My communication with this company was great to start with. I got a quote and sign drawn up pretty quickly.
Everything was, hi lovely! Hi hun! ... I should have known better.

I placed the order and was promised delivery in 21-28 days.
If came to around this time and I asked for updates. When I finally got a response from them, they blamed covid.
Another month and it was clear from their lack of communication that I'd wasted £450 on a scam company.
As soon as I decided to put it all on my insta story, they rang me within 2 minutes.
This was the first time I'd spoken to someone in the phone after trying to call the number advertised and also trying to message the WhatsApp.

The girl on the end of the line apologised profusely but at this point I'd had enough and told her I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. She offered another light for free, I initially rejected it.
I'd also opened a paypal case and was told that I would have to wait for PayPal decision rather than me closing the case and them refunding.

The whole thing was an absolutely nightmare.
Luckily I won the case, without any help from this company. I was offered a free light again and at this point I thought, why not?! I'll take you for all you've got since you've made my life hell.
Surprise, surprise the light never came!

I ended up ordering with Neon Home, who are based in the UK. (I doubted that neons lights were made here). For £100 less and I received it in 2 weeks.

Don't make the same mistake I did.
Can't wait to see what your response will be to this @neon. Your replies have quite frankly been absolutely disgusting and I hope people can see your true colours.

All good, delivery was missed by UPS since they claim I wasn’t at home but they attempted again and I received it - not exactly neons fault but that’s the only issue I had, the rest was super nice staff and solid packaging

Poor Service and Complaints handling - issue still not rectified, 1 year on!

I bought a neon sign for my sisters business in early February 2021. To start, the order took almost 2 months to arrive, I had initially been told it would take no more than 1 month for delivery. When the item eventually arrived, we were very happy with it. We had ordered a pink sign to match the business logo. However, after about 4 months the pink colouring had completely faded from the LED light. I flagged this with the company in August, they told me I would have to speak with the complaints department so was passed to them. All communication was done via WhatsApp but time after time my messages were being ignored, weeks would go by without any response and when I did get a reply from a customer service advisor I would have to start from the very beginning explaining the entire situation as they were unable to see previous WhatsApp conversations. I was then told by one helpful employee that I would certainly be entitled to a replacement and they would be able to use different materials to ensure that the LED colour would not fade over time. They assured me that they would start the order process right away and the replacement would be sent out in the post, this however never came to fruition. I followed up on a number of occasions in an attempt to ascertain an ETA for the replacement with zero response. Months later I received a reply advising me that I would not be entitled to a straight forward replacement, instead they would have to come and take away the original sign before they can look to create a replacement. I reluctantly agreed to this given that my sister is still using the sign (albeit the wrong colour now!), and promptly gave them a specified date and time that would suit for collection and my sister made the necessary arrangements to have the sign ready. Two weeks later (today) I received a response to advise that this date would not work for them and asked for another date that would suit. Needless to say this is still an ongoing issue and I am yet to conclude the matter and unfortunately I don’t envision that happening any time soon. I believe I give the company ample opportunity to rectify the issue over a significant period of time. I am hoping this review will alert others to the issues with Neons product, customer service and complaints handling prior to their purchase.

CONFIRMED SCAM ARTISTS. PLEASE AVOID!!!!

I am another customer who has experienced this “company” £600 for a sign ordered back in November 2021 and still today have not received the sign, and now know I never will. This is 100000% a scam. Like everyone else has experienced, I also received the very attentive side to them at the beginning.. They send over very fast, detailed responses on how they will go about producing this product to give you confidence they will deliver. This tactic is used to suck you in. Please do not fall for it like I did!!

Once you make payment(s), all communication slows down COMPLETELY. if you are yet to receive a sign. THERE IS NO SIGN. They told me my shipment is stuck in Poland?! Accidentally put through as an international order. But my address shows as UK. The “company is supposedly based in the UK so how has that been so easily confused ?.. that’s Another red flag. One minute they’ll say the order is on its way, the next, they are facing further delays. Surely the Courier company would be telling you about delivery delays along with the “company”. They claim to have been delivering signs all Christmas by hand. But mine isn’t here and clearly loads of others missed that “delivery” too. It’s an empathy tactic don’t fall for it. You paid your money. They should deliver. If it was a real legitimate company anyways.

They don’t send ANY pictures of orders. Surely that’s the least they can do if you are raising concerns? . There is NO tracking number for the “private courier delivery”. That is when I knew they were really having me on. If a company is not willing to show you a product that is supposedly made, please take this as a red flag!!!

I paid in 2 instalments. First instalment being November 2021 (through a link). Second instalment January 2022 (bank transfer apparently saving me fees) BIG mistake.. Excuses on why the sign has NOT been received has been non stop. Since then, I have resulted in disputing BOTH payments with my bank at the same time, and have successfully received my 2 refunds from the bank after coming across these reviews which mirror mine experience to a T!

Please avoid paying bank transfer with these people. There’s an 80% chance you’ll never see your money again. I stupidly did as they said I would avoid debit/credit card fees. (Very poor on my end) but glad the bank saw this was genuinely a misleading fraud tactic, and refunded my money as a gesture of good will. ALWAYS ask for a written contract to confirm they will deliver. An invoice simply isn’t enough. If they can’t provide this. More reason to run. When these fraudsters notice you are disputing your money they will change their tone and get angry!! They even sent me messages at 8am on a Sunday telling me all the funds in their account have been held because of my disputes made with the bank?! These people were requesting I cancel the disputed immediately. Why would I do that with no promise or products being received. It’s a scam. Please report orders immediately with PayPal or your bank ASAP get your money back before it’s too late. They will delay you as long as you can till your consumer rights expire. I think it’s 180days to dispute payments before nothing can be done.

Someone called “cam” will deal with your queries. And call you on a weird number worst case scenario. Please do not throw away your hard earnt cash and feed a scam artists living. You will never speak to an “Anna” because she doesn’t exist!

When people are literally warning you to steer clear, please take it on board. If you’ve watched Tinder swindler. These people are the sign swindlers. No plan to deliver on the product or refund your money.

They are known to be fraudulent with the banks. They are using legitimate business names, addresses, etc to make themselves look legit.. don’t believe me? Do your own research when looking into the company names on govt web company search.
Report immediately to the trading standards!! Cannot stand people taking advantage of others. Especially small businesses. This needs to stop!

Quick update to my response. I have seen this reply they have left, and it is laughable. They deserve to be shut down. Also why wouldn’t I haggle a price? Imagine if I paid the £1000 you offered, only to receive nothing. Please do us all a favour and stop lying. It’s pathetic. All people want is what they paid for. We are gutted that after 9 months of conversations with our team, in which you have haggled extremely hard to obtain a huge discount - this is now your approach. You have also blocked us so you have cut us off from communicating with you.

It's VERY upsetting that you had intended on trying to defraud us by having free products delivered without paying.

It is also malicious to have communicated with us to push to receive your delivery but also cancelled your payment beforehand.

As a small independent business - with hundreds of positive reviews we feel its soul destroying for you to weaponise TrustPilot because you did not get your way into bullying free product out of us.

We are genuinely sorry that after numerous telephone calls with our staff to resolve this (along with swearing at the same staff) this is the way you feel and how you want to express yourself by being vindictive. DESPITE you confirming that you have friends who have purchased from us and yet you make the comments you have done.

To anyone who takes the time to read this review and reply - we hope to at least demonstrate 2 sides to every story.

It is so easy to weaponise TrustPilot to cause us damage because of spite.

Sorry, after reading your reply, the sign was wrong. I double/ triple checked colour and font size yet you still got it wrong, this has been ongoing for over a year, I’ve emailed multiple times and even messaged your insta handle for customers, but initially there was some response, since the turn of the year, I’ve just been flat out ignored. I can provide proof of all communications, so please check your facts before spewing rubbish. Thank you

Also! Spoke to a manager called Cameron. I also have evidence of this phone call and evidence of the lies he told me.

Conclusion when dealing with this company: Had to go through my Bank in order to get a refund. Managed to get the full refund back, as the company couldn't prove that they sent the order. Was blocked from their company on Instagram when i was asking questions regarding my order, and then also was being ignored by their customer service page.

When spending £600, i think ANYONE would be concerned about their order. But according to 'neons.co.uk', i doesn't matter. Worst customer service experience i ever had with a company to this day.

Broken neon after a few uses

Had a sign made last year to take to events but for obvious reasons it didn't get much use. When we did finally start using the sign it broke pretty much straight away. Have sent numerous emails to the company about getting it repaired but no reply.

Initial communication was great, and the sign initially looked great, so its shame its ended up this way :(

UPDATE: After leaving this review the company asked for my order number via trustpilot. They then again asked trustpilot to verify my order genuine, which I did. If they'd just bothered to reply to my email, this review would never have been left. The company is clearly more interested in protecting its review score than helping out customers. Shame.

Spent £350 on a sign that was for a new salon opening that I ordered in November. No communication, ignoring messages - yet replied straight away when I wanted to order!

I had so much evidence from messages, emails etc that my bank raised a dispute and got the money back!

Please raise a dispute with your bank if you’re not hearing back from them, don’t let this company steal your money!

WORST COMANY EVERY DEALT WITH..

WORST COMANY EVERY DEALT WITH... DO NOT USE. Ordered a £1,000 sign nearly a year ago. No sign has arrived due to various different excuses. Promised a refund months ago BUT no refund either. Also sent us FAKE shipping info. Ordered same sign with a DIFFERENT company and it arrived within a month.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I paid to have a neon sign made over 3 months ago, and it never turned up - further more I have been constantly chasing them to no avail. The telephone number on their website goes through to another company, number on their Instagram comes up with an error message. They don't even get back to you.
Spent £750 which I doubt I'll see again. I'm now contacting my bank to see if anything can be done

- After endless chasing to their email, a derelict telephone number on their Instagram page and the invoice telephone number (which belongs to an entirely different company) I began commenting on their Instagram posts which finally resulted in someone getting in touch via what's app to tell me my sign they made got damaged. I was the told on the 28th Jan (over 3 months from the original order ) that they were making me a new one that "At the moment, I would like to suggest 4 weeks for the glass neon..."
In the meantime they will send me a free perspex one which "We can aim to have this ready for you within 2-3 Weeks"

I will now update this review when/if when my product arrives.
