Same old story, but now I’m being badgered by them for quietly & rightfully sorting the issue out myself.

Placed an order with a certain time frame promised, got to 2 weeks late (an absolute drop in the ocean compared to some of these poor customers) & I found the reviews on here mentioning lights blowing up & being faulty. My concern was no longer getting the light to me, it was how safe it would be to have in my children’s room. I requested a cancellation & refund & was of course ignored, so I requested a charge back through my bank, as is my right. The next day I received shipping confirmation so I had the courier return to sender.

Now the irony of this company sending persistent messages via Instagram & leaving comments on my posts is absolutely incredible. From reading reviews it sounds like these people block their customers for the same behaviour, so what makes them think it’s ok to do this to me, when I no longer have anything to do with them.

I don’t want to talk to you about this, just as you didn’t want to talk to me when I wanted an update & then a cancellation. Where’s your email reply to that? And I have no sympathy for your disappointment, just as you didn’t mine when you failed to deliver on time & were discovered as supplying faulty & dangerous electrical goods. You’ve wasted my time & now I want you to leave me alone.

Awful. Does anybody have an address for these clowns? I am trying to complete an application through the small claims court.

Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE - Full refund received from Klarna after being ignored by Neons. All you have to do is look at their responses to their customers on here and you can tell how awful your experience is likely to be. If you deal with this company, your likely to never see your money again and be called a liar when raising issues. Use at your own peril!

Had a nightmare getting the sign delivered in the first place and it took far longer than they quoted, fast forward 7 months and it’s now faulty and flashing all the time.

Their website states all products are covered by a 12 month warranty but despite having sent numerous emails, I am being ignored.

They have even had the audacity to contact TrustPilot asking for my review to be removed as I am a fake customer! I have now provided Trust Pilot and my bank and Klarna with all email evidence of this fraudulent company and my review has now been marked as verified and I am going through the chargeback process and if necessary will issue a small claims court claim.

Don’t waste your time and money with this company - scam artists

UPDATE - They have now decided to respond to this review advising (despite initially trying to get trust pilot to remove my review for not being real) to contact their Instagram for help. IVE EMAILED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL ADDRESS COUNTLESS TIMES I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH INSTAGRAM TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED YOU SHOULD HAVE SOMEONE MONITORING YOUR EMAIL THAT IS SET UP FOR CUSTOMER ISSUES!!! Do not trust these “invited” recent positive reviews. Even trust pilot has issued a statement saying that it’s reviews are not being used as they should be by this company!

Do Not order from this company!!! I ordered a sign that became faulty within a week and then when we asked for a replacement they said yes but have not responded to any emails or Instagram messages for 7 months and still no sign! So incredibly disappointed on how they have treated us but still they are happy to take your money!

Beyond happy with our purchase exceeded our expectations and communication was great throughout such a busy period great business and will defo use again thanks guys x

Ordered my sign on 14th May 2021 and still waiting, order number NE4768, cost me £244.09, after you have paid customer service is very poor, they have now blocked me on social media and also my phone number. Have reported to trading standards and still trying to get a refund.
Please avoid this company at all costs.

So I ordered before I read the reviews , and have to say I panicked, so immediately messaged to express my concerns, I was very kindly and quickly reassured it was all ok and I’d receive my order within 4 weeks , then it would be shipped which took 3 to 4 days . After 7 weeks I messaged them and got no reply so I then messaged again the week after still no reply !!! I then tried by another messaging platform and got a reply to say it would be delivered Christmas week . That came and went , i finally received my order on New Year’s Eve . 9 weeks it took . It’s an absolute beautiful sign and the craftsmanship is excellent…. But I can only give 3 stars due to their lack of communication and response time to reply to message as I really did think I’d never receive this item !!

TERRIBLE COMPANY - they are scammers.
who delivers on Christmas day.... the woman that owns this is a con artist. i paid 299 for a sign in May and am still yet to receive it.
paid through paypal and odd how the 160 day buyer protection expired when the sign was finally expected to be delivered.... have had to chase up with my bank now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL.

UPDATED 18TH JANUARY - they have finally contacted me through what's app to notify me my order will be ready for dispatch shortly however almost 10 days later I've still received no further communications; they explained they had many issues in 2021 but are committed to resolving them so we shall see....

The sign finally arrived last week after repeated chasing and at only 7 months wait …the sign itself is fab and my father is very pleased with it.
However still no sign or mention of the 20% refund I was offered mid 2021 for the inconvenience. Maybe once this is received I might amend my review.

FYI Their response here was posted once the sign was finally received so no false accusations have been made.
If you buy from them just be aware !

They actually delivered my neon on Christmas Day! Dedicated member of staff and a promise kept. These guys are amazing at what they’ve done. Ordered a neon sign, amazing quality, excellent customer service and even better delivery service. 5 stars all around. I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to leave one, who else can deliver on Christmas morning. Not even Santa himself could. Super super excited. From start to finish I had a brilliant experience with Neon!
I sent off some ideas for a custom sign with out surname to go in the living room…. I had a few emails back and forth to tweak my design and the team were amazing.
They offered me a discount code and I saved £130. The sign itself is lovely and I’m so pleased with it. I had regular updates on what stage my sign was at then it was delivered to me by UPS on Christmas Day! What a treat. I’m so happy with the service altogether and I will 100% be ordering again. Thank you neon and Anna thanks for all the communication it was so nice to have some decent customer service! Happy new year

Wow!! Delivery on Christmas Eve! They really did make my Christmas. The sign is amazing and really makes a statement. Managed to get it before Xmas so I could show off to my guests. Promised to deliver before Xmas and they did. Dedicated is an understatement, absolutely in love with the sign. Will be placing another order as they really do look stunning. Thank you guys!

I ordered a bespoke sign for my husband for Christmas at the beginning of Nov. It came to the middle of December and I still hadn’t received my order leaving me slightly anxious that I wasn’t going to receive the order in time. I used Neons Whats App service to communicate with them which was brilliant. I definitely wasn’t talking to a robot!

They kept me up to date with the problems they were having getting my order out and communicated to me truthfully and efficiently what they were doing to get my order to me in time for Christmas.

My order turned up late Christmas Eve from a member of their own team. I can not fault the effort and commitment they demonstrated getting my order to me for Christmas Day! Brilliant Effort!

I ordered a sign 6months ago in June. I needed it for July and they said it would be 4-6 weeks. Since then excuse after excuse. Brexit, Suez Canal, covid, pingdemic, staff shortages, change of manufacturing company bla bla. They then promised it would be delivered mid December. I’ve been emailing for updates all month and no reply. So I took to social media and put some bad comments on their recent posts and then got DMd to say if I carried on I would be blocked! And there is no corporate info on the website so I’ve got no idea who I am dealing with . I’ve repeatedly asked for the contact details of the CEO but no luck . Mad to see they are still talking about fast shipping on their Instagram posts. Total liars. Lack of Honesty and transparency. Avoid.

I ordered a sign for a Christmas present for my husband during the Black Friday sale . The communication and product options from Neon was excellent throughout the process . I used DM on Instagram to communicate and could always get hold of Neon in the evening and the weekend .The mock ups of the product were completely true to form . I was contacted by Neon on Christmas Eve to say my order would be delivered on Christmas Day (which I couldn’t really believe ) but my sign arrived before midday by private courier ON CHRISTMAS DAY!!! Neon promised me delivery by Christmas and they kept their promise. The sign is fantastic - we all love it. It was very easy to fix to the wall and has a remote control for the light options . I cannot recommend this company highly enough . Outstanding customer service , communication and product !!

This is the second neon sign that i have bought from this company. The signs have been excellent but also the customer service and delivery. Would definitely recommend buying from this company and im sure i will be buying from again.
