Above and beyond service on a bespoke neon sign from Neon. The girls were ever available to help and suprisingly answered questions sometimes late at night. Super accomodating on change of designs and incredibly helpful. No question too much!

Would highly recommend using this company. I agree that after a considerably bad start due to a breakdown in communication, I was left worrying about my order. But after a reassuring phone call from a very reasonable Cam, my trust was restored. The company had been experiencing issues with the carrier, which greatly impacted on their customer service and subsequently made it difficult for Neon to manage expectations. I am sure that processes have been reviewed, lessons have been learned and hopefully people will give this company plenty of support. Their product is A*.

I ordered a sign from Neon and as promised it arrived before Christmas.
I admit that after reading the reviews on here I did doubt the company. But they are genuine and do make beautiful neons!

If I could give zero I would. Will be reporting to trading standards. Absolute liars. I am still waiting on a neon since March after it was made incorrectly, lost, new one being made etc. No one answers the phone, they ignore my emails, Instagram messages, WhatsApp messages. Their marketing Instagram are happy to post advertising their neon for sale yet if you write a comment they delete it or if you contact them they ignore you. I am absolutely fuming it was for my six year old son. Happy to take your money not happy to provide the goods. Absolutely cowboys. DO NOT USE

A great company to buy from, I’ve ordered twice from them now and both times have been over the moon with my purchases.
Fantastic communication from the staff, always very professional, I had one design that was custom made and they couldn’t of been more helpful making sure everything was perfect before buying, plus credit to the design team they got it just how we wanted.
If you are looking for that individual design that gives your home or work place something different then this is the company to try.
Very happy customer, would definitely recommend and will be ordering from them again in the future.

I bought a custom light in early September and they’ve continually delayed delivery, ignored requests for updates, and for the last 5 weeks not responded. It’s an absolute shame. The people who run this company have zero integrity and no morals.

I’d give a zero star rating if I could. Never ever ever use this company there easy to get in contact with when they want to take your money (£700) but then when the signs come and there a fire hazard/broken you can’t get a reply from anyone!!! I will be taking this further as it looks like I’m

Have gave 1 star because I have to. I’d give zero if I could.
Bought a sign which arrived around March, hardly had it switched on and the last two letters won’t light up. Constantly flickers on and off. Some times it doesn’t even switch on.
Contacted by email and Instagram, still had no reply 1 month on.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I wish I’d picked another company and saved my £300.

After months of trying to get my item returned to be fixed I finally got it sent back.
Still waiting on it being returned to me fixed, 1 month later when they stated that I needed to return to be fixed and their policy was 7 days. I’m still waiting on a reply from numerous messages I’ve sent asking where my sign is. They are active on messenger every day but just ignore your messages.
I have all the messages they sent me regarding me sending the item back and how long their “policy” states they will fix the item.
Not returned, no reply’s to messages.
Do not believe the fake five star reviews they write themselves on here really really don’t waste your money use another company who don’t rip you off and steal hundreds of pounds from you.
I never write reviews because I can’t be bothered but these lot have wound me up so much with how unhelpful and rude they are and the fact they take your money and just don’t care that they sell you crap is totally not on.
I’m making a claim of theft against them as its the only way I can try and gain the hundreds I’ve lost from them.

I purchased my first neon in Feb 2021 and was told it would take between 21-25 days for delivery. 4 months later after chasing and chasing my sign finally arrived - and I love it, but that’s where it all started!
The customer service from start to now has been horrific! I was promised a free sign because of the delay received from my first order. I ordered my free sign on 3rd May 2021 and much like everyone else I am still waiting for it.
I have chased several times since September (I gave them the benefit of the doubt knowing how long I had to wait for my first sign!) and was promised it would be delivered, mid September, but then received an email on the 21st September to say it was only just going into production. I queried this over email by a person called ‘Mikie’, who then promised several more dates and then finally I had an email to say my sign would be shipped out the week of 1st November 2021.
Since then, no sign and no response from Neons.co.uk after chasing through email (help @ neons.co.uk) and the telephone line (0203 808 8606 for reference). I have tried to call them on Instagram, which they messaged back to say they are unable to take calls via that platform.
I finally managed to get hold of 2 people via the phone line, who told me they are an outside source and will inform neons.co.uk to contact me, that was 2 weeks ago and no call back or replies to my emails still.
Absolutely horrific customer service all round from this company and I have now reported them to trading standards, as they shouldn’t be allowed to take anymore people’s money - complete and utter scam artists!! AVOID, REPORT, AVOID!!!!

We brought a neon on 9th August and still haven't received it. We have been given 2 delivery dates that have come and gone.
No one answers the phone or emails. They just take your money. We are now £700 worst off!!!!!

If you want your Neon sign 6 MONTHS LATER then order away! Get your popcorn cause this will be detailed and LENGTHY. This is not to bash Neon in any way but only to tell you my experience with them- which is still pretty bad regardless. I ordered my sign from Neon in March 2021 for my studio and ONLY recieved it in August 2021 after going back and forth with the only 2 members who seem work there for months (every time I emailed/contacted Neon, they mention this a lot so BUYER BEWARE).

Now granted, in the 2nd month they did message me to say that it will be delayed for 2 weeks and they will offer me a FREE complimentary sign for their gesture of goodwill and I accepted. BIG MISTAKE. It was now the 4th month and I was now very upset that I have paid £549 and haven't received anything except EXCUSES, EXCUSES, EXCUSES and delaying of opening my studio due to Neon. The responses started to get slower and slower but Neon had time to post on instagram everyday single day. I finally got a call from Neon explaining the same things they did months earlier (short staff and delays) and from that moment on I just asked for my money back as this was theft at this point.

Neon then said to sweeten me "If they don't give me the tracking number of it being shipped by the 18th June they will give me EVERYTHING for FREE (including the sign I bought, the complimentary sign they
offered as goodwill and on top of that - a video shoot to promote my studio which I bought the sign for). The date passed and now I had to get my bank involved as this was CLEARLY robbery/fraud. I reported Neon and magically my sign was ready to be shipped but before my bank got involved they had MANY reasons to why I couldn't get my purchase.

Now, once I received my sign I was waiting for my FREE COMPLIMENTARY sign and emailed Neon again - they said it will be shipped in 2 weeks in September (same LIES again) and now, November 11th 2021 at 8:03pm there is no sight of the sign or tracking number.

I have a life so further time passed and I thought let me DM Neon on instagram today and hear the latest excuse. Now this is where I AM WARNING YOU, yes YOU THE PERSON READING THIS TO NOT ORDER FROM THEM as they do not honour their own words. Neon replied back to my DM and said they cancelled my order because I reported them to my bank and it (the money they TRY steal but luckily got back from my bank) was in my favour so they are no longer sending the FREE complimentry sign they allegedly sent in September.

Now earlier, Neon said they was going to give me the sign, the complimentary sign and video shoot for free so why does it matter that I got my money back from my bank if Neon was going to refund me back my £549 anyway???

I would have given Neon 2, MAYBE 3 stars from me if they stuck to their word but all they care about is money and looking like they are a reputable business on instagram.

They may respond, they may not but either way STAY CLEAR.

I totally agree with the below comments. Don’t order from this company. Even have the cheek to promote Christmas Party signs. I’m currently waiting on my order from May 2021. I have an email string with 17 delays currently. I’ve now been promised (16th pervious promises) 4-6th December. They blamed it on covid out breaks in the work place every time. Must be a nightmare working for them. Everyone must have caught it apart from the PR team who continually promote. On a positive note I do get a reply to every email. I have received a sign in the past (3 months late) and their signs are brilliant quality if you get one.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Order placed mid September for 1 x custom and 1 x off-the-shelf sign. Dispatched a few weeks later but they've sent us someone else's order. Now almost a fortnight in and still noone's been in touch to resolve the problem. Phone number is answered by a third party outsourced answering service who can't help. Emails are ignored, Facebook reply with 'Babe' and don't help.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

This company is an absolute scam do not order. Spent £699.00 on 17th September. Haven’t heard a thing since. Do not respond to emails or phone calls.

UPDATE

Since my review, they have contacted me several times via Instagram and phone calls. All times promising delivery. They also offered to produce a second sign for free by way of making this absolutely rubbish service right. Seems fair right……. Expect they have now gone completely silent again as of 11th December.

This seems their common tactic from many other reviews on here.

They ignore all requests for a refund.

Don’t not trust this company

First sign arrived on time but the transformer has since overheated and blown up. Enquired 5 times about a replacement or explanation and been ignored.

The second sign (I ordered before the transformer issues) arrived 4 weeks late and after much nagging. Finally arrived on the morning of the opening of the shop which cause a huge amount of stress and problems.

AVOID at all costs. Their customer service is terrible and apparently seems their product isn't much better.

I ordered a bespoke sign and it cost a lot of money and I saw the reviews on here and was absolutely terrified it would not be kosher !
I sent E mails and got prompt replies

My sign was delivered and oh myyyy I should not have worried it is so beautiful and I can’t wait to give it to my son for his bday.

Ordered a custom light of our brand logo and Neons.co.uk did a great job! We got our mockups (loads) really quickly and received the if faster than we were expecting. The light is really vibrant and it looks really professional. Highly recommend them for any custom logos or designs! Xoxo

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Zero communication, constant lies and excuses. Nothing short of fraud.

Seems to be they only care about the big custom orders they can show off on social media and any of their ‘stock’ items on the website, you’re screwed.
