Your billing was in advance, so that I could plan my budget.
I've never had a claim, and I hope I never do.
I appreciate the coverage as flood insurance offered by the company who provides my homeowner insurance is completely inadequate.

This is my 3rd year with Neptune Flood, they have always been resonably affordable. The staff has been very helpful and always resolved any questions I had. I would recommend them highly.

I don't like being forced to pay for this insurance. The map was marked wrong ,I am the only one paying no ody else is and there houses are a lower level then my house.

Reply from Neptune Flood
It's insanely expensive and you are a monopoly.

According to the FEMA map, my house is not in a flood zone, but FEMA wanted a new updated survey done, so they told my mortgage company that I was in a flood zone, forcing me to either get a LOMA and pay for a survey, or get flood insurance. Fortunately Neptune only charged me 650 per year, that I had to pay out of pocket, the full amount, right away (no monthly payments). So I guess when you're getting screwed, everyone gets a turn, and Neptune was very good at it.

I have been having this company for many years. Unfortunately, the price went so high and nobody gave me an explanation. It went from one thousand something to almost 4000!!! I have been busy taking care of my elderly mom and working a full time job so I didnt have time to call them and have a conversation with them. I kind of wanted to stop business with them but i didnt have time. Why are they doing this???? It is too expensive this year guys!

I don't appreciate Bate and Switch, I don't appreciate why charging for a policy origination, as much as you charge for the policy?
I had asked for refund, and Now I have to wait for the response....
Horrible experience!

My questions about the policy were answered quickly, politely and professionally by the people i spoke with.

I was able to apply online. The application was pretty straightforward. The system was user friendly. I did have one question and it was answered in a timely manner so I could complete the process.

Buying was easy, understanding the policy seems easy, price was competitive. I won't know if they do a great job completely, though, unless I have to file a claim someday.

I haven't needed to use flood insurance yet, which is great, but gentleman who dealt with getting me insured was very helpful.
