This is a Christmas present so arrived in plenty of time, delivery driver put it in house for me, nice pleasant and friendly

I ordered a suitcase and a week later it still had t arrived so I contacted them for them to tell me the suitcase I had ordered was out of stock and they had done nothing about it

Very reasonable prices and excellent quality. I was able to grab a carry-on suitcase during Black Friday that met all my expectations and more.
The products are incredible, and they look cute too!
Shipping and delivery took merely a couple of days, which I was extremely impressed with, and I can't wait to start travelling with it :)

I ordered a suitcase from Nere Travel, and honestly I have no idea if their products are good because their shitty courier DPD never delivered it — and the worst part is Nere was completely unreachable the entire time. No phone number. Emails ignored. No support whatsoever. I’m travelling in a few days, and instead of stepping in when their courier messed up twice, Nere basically vanished. I was stuck watching fake “missed delivery” updates with no help from the company I actually bought the suitcase from. I ended up not being able to withdraw my order because I couldn’t get a single real response from them. It’s ridiculous. If a company won’t communicate and lets their courier screw customers over, why would anyone bother ordering from them?

They look good for my children. Less space inside due to handles than I thought but they are for 6year olds and are nice and light.

Purchased 2 suitcases-Venture Dual Open Cabin Suitcase in pink, Stori Medium Suitcase in mineral and a slim luggage tag in black, in the Black Friday offers. Very pleased with both cases and tag-the way they look and feel. Quick delivery-literally within 4 days. Not used the cases yet but will be doing on my next trip abroad. Seem very spacious and love the colors on both. I am particularly excited to use the Venture suitcase due to the dual opening and storage-will probably get a lot in there for a good few days! Offers were very good!!

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Their suitcases are advertised as having a 10 years warranty, but in my case, any issue I raised was dismissed as airline damage. This felt misleading as a customer.
We spent a lot of money on these cases, used them once, and had multiple problems broken zips, broken handles on two suitcases, and noticeable colour wear. I’m happy to share photos with anyone who wants to see what happened. When I contacted Nere Travel, I was told all of this was considered “general wear and tear.” I asked what actually falls under their 10 year warranty, and was told only “structural faults.” If a handle and zip breaking after a single trip doesnt qualify, I’m not sure what would.
Overall, based on my experience, the quality felt very poor more like a one-time-use product. Personally, I’d avoid this brand. Happy to send images.

Seamless on line purchase, quick delivery, good quality product and great price

I had not heard of Nere Travel before but I liked the look of the handbags and they were a great price.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quick delivery and even more happy with the handbags.

I really like the style of the handbags especially the safety clip on the front zip.

Love the look of the suitcases. They look very sturdy. Have not travelled with them yet, but am looking forward to doing so soon. Speedy delivery as well.
