I needed products to gift my relatives within 5 days. I placed an order for 3 things on the 14th of October with an extra express shipping charge of Rs.200. I was told that I'll get the products in 4-5days.
All the 3 products got dispatched from 3 different cities. Got one product on the 19th , second one on the 20th and third one got dispatched only on the 18th and reached on 23rd. Couldn't give 2 gifts in time so had to buy something else in amazon at the last minute.
Worse thing is that they didn't send the gift wrap too which I paid for!!! And didn't respond to my complain on WhatsApp!! Very unprofessional attitude Nestasia.

I wish I can give them the negative. They are the worst available website on internet. Do not fall for them and waste your money. They will trap you and then no customer support and do customer harassment for your hard earn money.

Absolutely disappointed. Such poor, low and cheap quality products which they are selling at high prices. Ordered 4 items, not even a single one worth keeping!!! They dont even refund the amount to your account on return- but only in NESTASIA Wallet

Ordered planter from them, one of it was broken to pieces, I followed up multiple times for resolution but I did not even get an acknowledgement. The products looked much better on the website, but what I received was very low quality. I will never buy from them again.

They are a dubious company. They sent inferior quality plain side plates instead of pasta plates. They charged 2250 for plates that yoy can get on roadside. They refused any exchange.

Don’t fall for their website aesthetics. They make you feel like it’s a luxury product. They deliver very low quality products with poor customer support. They don’t offer refunds and give you a wallet price. That’s why their products don’t have a review system. Do Not fall for this scam company. I would love to see this company fall soon and burn down to the ground. Scam companies deserve this.

DO NOT, I repeat, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT believe what's shown & written on the website. The reality is far from what they show. The products are completely trach and street-side looking. Utlity is zero. And only embarrassing to gift these fraud looking items. Their customer service is pathetic and useless to say the least with sub standard automated responses. These guys delete all genuine reviews on instagram. Don't get fooled

Though the product looks good and sturdy and stylish, the microwave feature was a turn-off. The glass ribbed cup was so hot that it burnt my fingers. Never buying from here. This can cause injury to someone.

One of the worst services ever. They are using the worst delivery partner who harasses the customers, tortures them mentally and then these people don't even own up to their responsibility. Only one answer they have to give, which is, please allow us time to solve the issue. My foot solve the issue. If you can't handle your own responsibilities then don't run a business.

These people are frauds. Nestasia hardly respond, they have my package lost and are not responding to any msg or calls.I am very disappointed, this is the first time I ordered from Nestasia. I received partial product very badly packed, and then i didnt get the rest of the order and these guys are not at all responding.... Absolutely terrible!

I wanted to give 0 stars. I have purchased products of worth 5k. None of them are good they are very old used products and some are even broken. Will not buy again from this website

I feel that the products Nestasia offers, are so dreamy and unique. Going through website one can feel the beautiful intention with which they have curated all these products. I love each of the things they have up there on the website. I had been looking for mini ceramic jars for pouring healing balms that I make and I found what I was looking for. The quality and everything about them resonates so much with me. Grateful to Nestasia for their offerings
