Excellent service from Ben Brown today. From initial call this morning to discuss home insurance buildings & contents we agreed to speak again at 6pm after he had sourced best option for me, talked through the details and agreed in less than 15 minutes.

I was recommended this company, Nest GI, by a mortgage broker that I also discovered through TrustPilot and couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

My broker, the delightfully named Dew, was ever so professional and so knowledgeable about insurance products and the marketplace in general, and was also really amenable and friendly. Following a very pleasant initial call, she reiterated via email all of the information items that she needed from me. The following day she found some great insurance options and with the aid of a quick follow-up meeting fully explained the cover, terms and conditions of each of them, giving me all of the information I needed to make the right choice.

The alternative to this would have been filling out a bunch of Internet forms and doing lots of comparison mathematics myself. No thanks. Nothing beats the human touch, most especially when you have a knowledgable professional at the other end of the phone line.
