Really straight forward, had all the necessary paperwork work to transfer from an old pension to this pension. Took about a week or 2 for it all to be transferred over.

The support advisors on the phone were not able to clarify in which tax period my one-off contribution would be recorded since I made it late and Nest takes 5 days to process the payment.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way your organisation handles beneficiary-related processes and correspondence.
I have noticed several concerning issues. Firstly, letters are being sent without a name on the envelope, which makes them accessible to anyone and compromises confidentiality. This is not acceptable, as it puts sensitive information at risk.
Additionally, the process for beneficiaries is unclear and poorly managed. When beneficiaries are not of English nationality, the instructions provided are not explicit, which makes it difficult to understand what is required. The communication lacks clarity, particularly in how information should be organised and submitted.
Furthermore, letters are often sent stating that forms are incomplete, but without clearly indicating what information is missing or where the issue lies. This creates confusion, delays the process, and leads to unnecessary frustration for those involved.
Overall, I find this way of working ineffective and misleading. It complicates what should be a straightforward process and causes avoidable stress.
In summary, I regret engaging with your service due to these ongoing issues.
