All I needed to do was give them the policy number and value of the pension and they did all of the rest I then had an email to confirm it had been done so simple

Failure to pay out pension money
Shocking service for a Government Pension scheme, failed to pay out requested funds, communication is terrible promised call backs never made have had to chase constantly. Told a glitch in the system but still not told when I will get my money, no apology, no time frame and no money. They don’t care. Wife also didn’t get her money, she’s also battling to get her money. In desperation have now written to TPR, FO, local MP and NEST CEO. Avoid this company

Twice ive rang them said they would send forms out to cash my pension its cost me 30 pound in call time still they havnt sent them.out worst pension company you can go with i would avoid them ime currently seeking legal advice they don't like to pay you out just cost u a fortune calling them
