I like all the various channels but they buffer a lot & some shows are in Spanish and I’m not watching a Spanish show. Example I’ll turn to SyFy and it’s in Spanish not English.

Over the last 6 months their support have not been responsive. Live canadian stations that i watch have freeze frames while audio continues. Also constant buffering.

As a user who has used other services…

As a user who has used other services before, I am happy with them, but there was a problem while moving their servers last summer, apart from that, there has not been a match that I have not been able to watch so far. There are many country options, so if there is a freeze, you can watch the match on another country's television. I am very pleased and I just extended my membership for 1 year.

Just re subscribed after using a…

Just re subscribed after using a different service for the last 6 months. They offered me a 40% discount. Logs in ok but can’t get any streams to work. Just keep getting connection error messages. Chat is not available and not responding to my messages. Will be seeking a refund from my credit card. Interesting that they market themselves as being most reliable- I don’t think so…..

lost the service for 2 months

lost the service for 2 months, paid for the service but they offered nothing for compensation, when you chat to Ruby at Netfly she does not answer, the customer service does not exist, recived an email from them stating they had changed the way they work and had re-structured everything but when i replied for a free trial i got nothing and got no response from Ruby in the chat, do not use this company, it is the worst IPTV provider and cares nothing for customers

Been using this service for over a year…

Been using this service for over a year yes some problems happen but get sorted after 24 hours unless your impatient for some reason. The support isn't the quickest but get back to you still rather than not bother. My service has been good just some people might have either crappy hardware or crappy internet.

I've been using Netfly TV for 3 months…

I've been using Netfly TV for 3 months now and all I can say its excellent! I watch all the football, all the sports, I watched a the tyson fury fight last night and it was amazing, brilliant quality, no buffering. I would recommend this service to anyway. Ignore the negative reviews on here because its ab excellent service.
