I purchased several of the Neurotoned programs/courses over a year ago, which were a bit different from the current format. At the time they were themed and I understand that now it is more a subscription format. I found them really informative, interesting and easy to use and follow. I was off for a month wit stress in the spring and that's when I used them more and found benefits. I still use some of the strategies like humming a song. I like the fact that the videos are short. I haven't explored them all yet but I do tend to be a procrastinator and there was a lot of content (two 30 days tools and 4 other courses). I also attended a few of the themed webinars when they were first launched and the content was really good. I have recommended this platform to a few people for whom I felt it was relevant based on their current life circumstances or stress levels. I also was exploring the tools to share with my young students for their own self-regulation.

I found Neurotoned a month ago when I was trying to recover from burnout and trauma. I was very desperate, as I couldn't sleep, didn't have an appetite, and my body didn't feel safe to exercise. Everyday techniques from the programme, along with some meds and a good sleeping and eating routine, really helped me feel better and safer in my body, helped me come back to work without overstim, and reduced my anxiety.

I tried talk therapy for a while and felt like I made progress on some level, after many sessions. I was able to pinpoint my problems, and talked about things I could generally do get them fixed over time. It made sense, logically, but it always felt like there was a missing piece. My body was still always tired, even after resting. I was always falling back into my old ways and snapping as soon as something out of the ordinary came up. No matter what I had learned in therapy sessions, it just never seemed to work when I was in the thick of it. When I started using Neurotoned, listening to the different bite-sized videos they have through the app, it became my safe haven. Whenever I feel anxious, overwhelmed or tired, I always found something to help me there. The best thing is that it didn’t stop there. The things I learned were very easy to internalize and remember when I actually needed to use them again later. A big thank you to the team and all the valuable information they have put into this program!

Neurotoned has provided me with so many different strategies and ideas to calm my nervous system. Their videos are easy to follow and informative, with additional resources to refer back to. The calm voices and energy of the presenters invoke a strong sense of safety, they always provide options and understanding for participants including reminding you that you can go at your own pace and only do what is comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone.

Great app for regulating nervous system. Lots of variation in skills like, not just breathing exercises. I use some of the skills with my therapy clients too. Great addition to my psychology practice.

I am a slow learner with serious fatigue: after a month, I am still busy integrating the techniques of Day 1 to Day 7 of the first 30 day course into my daily life. Daily practice is definitely helping me to re-regulate my nervous system. I can feel the difference. Energy levels are improving . I especially benefit from the mirror work, the humming, the step-down. I am grateful that I can do this at my own pace and that I have got life-time access.
