Daniel from New Entrance has been so helpful from start to finish; measuring up, providing colour samples, responding to my questions about door styles with great patience, and doing a really neat, speedy job with the fitting. And all of this at a price far more reasonable for the same door than we were given by another local company. He was even happy to help us diagnose a problem that we’ve been having with another door in the house. We’re delighted with our new front door and would have no hesitation in recommending New Entrance.

I've just had a new door fitted and new windows throughout the house. New Entrance have been fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent and they were extremely polite, honest and professional. I'm so glad I chose this company.

Basically you would be mad to go to another company! We bought a late Victorian house with old and blown leaded windows and doors. New Entrance have replaced all our windows and doors at an amazingly competitive price, added to which the attention to detail regarding the finishing touches is mind blowing ! So happy to have chosen this company and saved on heating bills too !!! Highly recommend this company if you need your windows and/or doors replaced.

Amazing! New entrance were the 3rd company for us when we were giving up hope! I needed a front door and 3 windows. First company kept increasing price once deposit paid, second company came out we agreed price then the surveyor never got in touch and no one followed up. Daniel at New Entrance, came out and surveyed & quoted promptly. We ordered and were given the lead time of which was correct, the door is of a Superior Quality and looks amazing! It has changed the whole look of the house and the windows also were of the same quality with a great guarantee. The service was fab, friendly and efficient all fitted over 2 days with no mess left on either day. I cannot recommend New Entrance enough ++++++

Over the years and different houses we've used numerous companies for doors and windows and paid significant prices, yet never really been happy. And finally using New Entrance we've found a brilliant company. Windows, doors and installation all 1st rate. Daniel is fabulous to deal with. We couldn't be happier and we don't normally recommend. Couldn't be happier with the door and workmanship. Daniel was excellent throughout the whole process, very quick to respond. The original sizing and quote was simple and Daniel was very honest, helpful and patient as we chose the specifics for our door. The fitting was very smooth, Daniel and Paul did a great job the finished product is much better than we ever thought it could be on our very old house. Both were very friendly and easy to chat to too.

Having looked at the 'big boys' in the business and subsequently then spoken to Daniel Hamilton of New Entrance Ltd who took the time to offer me good solid advice without all the frills, I decided to place my order with Daniel. Everything about this experience from start to finish was excellent. Daniel sent me an initial quote which we made changes to several times, once we decided he visited to house to measure up and show us the colour swatches which really helped. We had a delay between ordering and fitting which was due to the covid impacts but yesterday Daniel and a colleague came to our house to do the fitting. It was the coldest day of the year and they froze!!! Absolutely over the moon with the door and the surround. It’s such a great quality product and Daniels professional workmanship is brilliant!

We moved house and had an issue with the front door the previous owner had had fitted the year before. The door had developed a crack during cold weather. Daniel honoured the warranty and pursued the supplier relentlessly on our behalf to get a replacement door shipped out so he could fit it for us. Top notch customer service!
