From start to finish the process of designing and fitting my new front door was really easy thanks to Daniel. The website is really good, I really liked the way you could design a door online, I’ve looked at a lot of door company websites & they always seem to over complicate the process. New Entrance ltd made it very simple to use. Daniel was amazing at helping us then going through the finer details so the door was to our requirements, even coming to shows us samples. Their workmanship on the day of the fitting was excellent, no mess was left. They were friendly and did a great job.

Dan was great at fitting 2 Rockdoors front and back. They turned up when they said they would and removed the current doors carefully not to damage anything. They tidied up everything and left everything perfect. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Throughtout the whole process Daniel was very professional knowledgable and helpful.. There was no pressure selling and daniel was happy to hold the quote for 6 months whilst we got the hallway and other parts of the house completed. Danel also fixed a rear door that was catching (free of charge).

The installation was very clean and tidy and there was no problems with the Door alarm sensor. A ring doorbel was also installed to a high standard.

We got in touch with New Entrance based on the excellent customer reviews - and were not disappointed.

Daniel was quick to get back to us and happy to talk through and explain the many options. Theres so much choice out there (who knew doors were so complicated) and choosing the various details with other vendors was proving to be a nightmare. Daniels obvious expertise was clear and really reassuring. We had already pretty much decided what kind of front door we wanted and although parts of it were not in his supplier brochures he was able to secure them anyway without issue.
