Absolutely amazing service from Daniel, from our first contact to the final fit. He gave us lots of choices that were unavailable elsewhere and the workmanship is first class. Have already recommended to friends, and are looking at patio doors too.

As with all the reviews below, we simply cannot praise Daniel/New Entrance enough. As soon as you meet Daniel you know you have made the right choice. The quotes were better than the other companies, and the service is of excellent quality.
Once Daniel has finished the installation, he then spends well over an hour, possibly longer, making sure everything is clean and tidy. Nothing is left to chance, and nothing is too much bother.
Daniel installed our front and back doors - they look fabulous, and we will certainly be requesting his services again when we replace our windows.

Daniel was fantastic from the very beginning. None of the 'hard sale' attitudes of the large name brand salesmen or the 'cocky lad' of the local salesmen who gave me quotes. Before meeting Daniel, I was a bit hesitant to have a quote from a small company that was not local, but instantly it became apparent that Daniel was the right decision. He was brilliant at anticipating the potential issues of my very narrow front door that opens onto stairs and my bedroom window that needed to be replaced with a fire safe egress to comply with building regulations (following an open-plan renovation).

There was no need to have a surveyor around, Daniel took all of the measurements while he was there and then worked very hard to find me the perfect door/window for my home. Several companies and quotes were obtained and after everything was ordered, I requested a change that Daniel was able to sort with the company at no additional cost. Nothing was too much trouble.

On the day of installation, I left Daniel and his colleague with a key and a phone number and returned to a lovely front door and window. All rubbish was cleaned away and there was no dust or sign of work having been done in the house. Daniel's conscientious work ethic and knowledge were irreplaceable and made the experience completely stress free.

Please remember that with doors and windows, the 10 year warranty is with the installer, not the company who makes the product (e.g. Door Stop, Rock Door, etc). I have no doubt that my warranty is in the best possible hands and if there are any issues in the future, they will be dealt with quickly and conscientiously. Thank you Daniel, best wishes!

New Entrance;

Had a personal recommendation to use New Entrance after a lot of grief dealing with some of the Sales reps etc from the big name door companies.

Found Daniel to be very easy to deal with and straight forward on design and pricing, no hidden costs or tiresome salesman tactics.

Installation date and time was agreed, and stuck to, door looks great, and they left everything tidy.

Highly recommend them.

I can't recommend Daniel enough. We were put in touch with him via Rockdoor as our nearest installer. During the quotation and decision-making stage, he was extremely helpful in working through our queries and made some very insightful recommendations. Once we'd decided to go with Rockdoor, he agreed a date to fit the door and placed the order. On the day, the fitting was really well done, very clean and tidy, including re-routing our ancient doorbell into the mortar of the wall next to the door. A good job and nice bloke.

After a lot of research into choosing a new front door, we decided to go with a Rockdoor as we liked the high security features and the designs. We went with our nominated local installer, Daniel from New Entrance and would recommend his work to anyone.
He was prompt, helpful and courteous at all times, from the first visit to do a quote to the completed installation he did a great job. He worked tidyly, answered all queries quickly and we would be happy to recommend him. We are very happy with our new front door!

We had a fantastic experience with Daniel from New Entrance. He was really helpful on his first visit where he showed me all the different doors, colours, handles etc we could have and explained everything I needed to know.
