First time with Newbury4X4 and would definitely recommend. very helpful and explained any issues with my car in detail. will be using them again in the future and for our other Land Rover.

I have used Newbury 4x4 previously and had great service and feedback. This time my D4 needed quite a few bits sorting. As the body was coming off I asked them to resolve the parking sensor issues (front/back) as the bumpers had to be removed anyway. Unfortunately, it felt like they wanted to get the vehicle in and out rather than wait for the parts as they stated that "a person of my calibre should be able to sort this". They were asked to carry out a job, but didn't seem interested. I am happy with what they did do, but over shadowed by what they didn't do.

Great communication and vehicle ready within stated time. Had a small issue and they saw me straight away and was a quick easy fix. Would recommend and will return in the future

These people really know their stuff. Sorted my wife’s Evoque when the auxiliary battery needed changing and saved me nearly £4K on a Disco 4 that a dodgy dealer had tried to cover up. Their advice got me my money back.

Very professional, quite obviously experts in their field. Just by describing the intermittent issue I was having with my Discovery 4 over the phone they were confident of what the cause was. Booked it in. Inspected and confirmed what the issue was. Will definitely be using them again.

As always the annual service an MOT was undertaken efficiently and I was informed promptly bt text when ready for collection. The yellow advisory items were discussed afterwards which is useful for knowing what will need doing before or during next year's MOT / Service. A really great family business, I would not want to go anywhere else with my Land Rover Discovery.
