Service carries out and brake disc problem identified. Was fully informed of work required and cost. All work finished promptly within the day. I can thoroughly recommend Newbury 4 x 4 particularly if you have Land Rover/Discovery/Range Rover. I wouldn't take mine anywhere else.

On two occasions recently, this company provided an excellent service by resolving one minor issue (tailgate operation) and then one major issue (timing chain replacement) with my 2017 Discovery Sport. The staff draw upon a wealth of experience, explain everything thoroughly and inspire confidence. Work was done on time and as estimated. The premises are clean, tidy and welcoming; a courtesy car was provided with just a few days' notice; the spacious waiting room is fine for remote working; the compound is locked and secure overnight. A refreshing contrast to a main dealer 'experience'.
