Special shout out for a clean, tidy and dry modern facility. Been in there for years. Nothing is too much trouble for these people. Easy access and good value for money.

After storing our belongings for around 9 years with the team at Newbury Self Storage I can say they are the best. Never has anything been a problem & we have even had a hand from staff when we couldn't move something super heavy. If you are looking for affordable, secure, clean & awesome staff this is the place to store your bits!!!

I have rented various sized units from Newbury Self Store since 2019 and have always found them to be excellent and very helpful. The whole team were friendly and as a result (and despite the fact there are several competing companies close by) I didn't contemplate moving from them. The units were clean, well lit, secure and easy to access - what more could you ask for?

I am very impressed with the ease of booking, the spotless facilities and the warm welcome of the team. I will definitely use this lovely local company again, when needed. Highly recommended!

Great communication at every stage, from quotation to moving out. Facilities are clean and bright. Lift to top floor, trollies to move items, and brooms, etc, to sweep through on departure. Secure facility with gates/cameras. Selection of packing materials/padlocks, etc, are very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I live local so wanted to use an independent local business rather than a big chain. Lovely people, perfect space. All very straightforward, never had any issues whatsoever for the past few years of storing with them. Helpful staff. Literally nothing negative to say! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs storage facilities.

Friendly, easy to deal with

I used the storage unit for a few weeks as I needed to de-clutter my apartment, in order to help a sale and the service was great. Newbury Self Storage was the cheapest I could find for the space offered and the units are all top notch. There is more than sufficient space to move items in or out and all very easy to use. I'd definitely recommend 👌🏻
