Reverse my money I didn't join anything from you

Good evening. At first i didn't know how to feel about my whole experience. But your call centre agent changed my whole experience with her great personallity. I never had a call Centre agent in my life that change my opinion in a positive way like your agent. Thank you so so much. Wish I had the money to do busness with your campany and your well trained call centre personel. If we only had call centre agents like that in South Africa, it will be a beter place to do busness. Thank you once again
And keep it up. The i would also like to let you know that my account was scamed so my card number change.

I did not ask to join but yet money has been taken from my account which I would like returning.
Like someone has said you are getting the details from temu or shein.
If my money is not refunded I will definitely be reporting this matter

This is totally wrong, how can be a debit order while the owner of the card didn't sign or have an agreement. Please reverse it back

Was contacted by Jeremy regarding money owed to me. I was told that I must give them a 4 or 5 star rating and that they would then refund me my 10 dollars they wrongfully withdrew from my bank account. After rating them I received an e-mail notifying me that they are not refunding me my money because I used the word cancellation and owe in my review. I was scammed by them . Be careful of this company. They want your bank account and then steal your money.

Please explain to me how do I have this company's debit order from my account. I don't know who new care club.com is yet I have a debit order from them. You using information from Shein and Temu to scam people. I want my money to be reversed back and my information to be deleted from you systems

A solution has been found to the issue I had a few months ago.

It was not great at well because of making debit orders on people's account without agreement when ever they want to withdraw money from your account they withdraw

I mistakenly got into this account and they did send all of my money that was taken for membership by mistake .

This account was open without my knowledge, i didn’t realise till payment were taken from my account, I emailed them straight away and they was quick in responding and closed my account, quick action taken
