This service is poor and i did not sign up for this, the next thing my money was deducted not twice. I am not happy with the service and terms.

Please delete my account and refund my money.

I clicked through a link to buy a redbull Fridge and instead was directed to Newcareclub. They took 10 Euro from me in return for a subscription i didnt want.
now im still waiting for my refund.

After speaking to customer services they have agreed to send me a full refund, I’m satisfied with this.

Knowing that the company honour their commitment of customer support.

I was contacted by Newcareclub and told that they would refund my money (that they took out of my banking account without authorisation) if I changed my rating to a four or five. Below is what was emailed to me, basically forcing my hand in order for me to get my money back, which I feel is a form of blackmail.

"We will be processing the refund promptly, and you can expect to see the funds returned to your original payment method - your card (2010) within 5-7 business days.

However, I would first ask you to please take a moment to share your experience on our platform on Trustpilot (We suggest you write that the problem is taken in charge and upgrade the number of stars to 4-5 as a good rating). Once your review is posted, we'll promptly process the refund.

I clicked through a link to buy some lights on TikTok and instead was directed to Newcareclub. From what I can tell, some makeup company. They took £9.99 from me in return for a subscription I neither wanted nor needed. They said they would refund me if I posted a review, so here it is. Very decietful approach to business, please avoid like the plague.

Scammers, never used that site. They took my information from TEMU and have paid months for membership before i noticed this. BEWARE of this site. All support answers are automated! Stay away from this site

A payment was put through my account and I didn’t join this newcareclub. This needs to change.
