Excellent customer service
Personable, helpful, knowledgeable and quick. I had an excellent experience here - they didn't have the model of watch I wanted, but had it ordered and delivered in three days. Special thanks to Mr Shah and Ms Gregory for their help and advice, and the piece itself is spectacular. Delighted.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing my watch here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They took the time to clearly explain the specifications of the watches we were interested in, including the differences in features and build between the models.
What I appreciated most was that they allowed us to try on different brands and styles so we could really see what suited us best. There was no pressure at all, just genuine help and guidance.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the whole buying experience. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a watch.
