All credit limits are subject to status, and the limit offered will depend on the information received within the application form and during a credit check. Unfortunately, we may not always be able to provide a customer’s preferred limit, however, please be assured that we regularly review our accounts to see if we can offer credit limit increases.
You can review your limit increase preferences online by signing in and going to Account Settings > Credit Limit Preferences. You can also check for any limit increase offers at any time by going to My Card > Credit Limit Increases.

Had a credit card since middle of April…

Had a credit card since middle of April still unable to use as Transunion won't authorise a balance transfer as they do not have my card details on the system. Can't believe it takes so long to update. Seriously considering just ditching Fluid card and going to another supplier.

Shockingly poor disputes process and a complete lack of support when it actually matters.

My case was closed and the buyer refunded without anyone contacting me for further information, requesting additional evidence, or giving me any real opportunity to properly present my side. For a company that heavily promotes customer protection, the reality could not be more different.

I am now left completely out of pocket because of what feels like a rushed, one-sided decision with little regard for fairness or proper investigation. The entire process has destroyed any confidence I had in this company.

I had been using the six months interest-free facility and intended to continue using this account, but after seeing firsthand how little protection is actually offered when a genuine dispute arises, I will be paying off my balance immediately and closing my account.

If you’re considering using this company because you believe you’ll be protected if something goes wrong, based on my experience, think very carefully.

My Marbles card ❤️

I absolutely love my Marbles card and I would be lost without it! The app is so easy to use and navigate. It is also easy to keep a check to make sure that you are on track with your payments too! I would recommend without a doubt to use Marble. 👌🏻❤️

Newday Argos Pay

Newday have taken over my Argos account with Argos Pay. App is dreadful and unable to get on. Just want my final bill and to close the account. No customer service, just recorded telephone answers, no email address, just automated irrelevant drivel. I didn't ask to join this customer unfriendly company.
