They charge you when you get fraudulent transactions

Previously disputed a fraudulent transaction on my credit card for Amazon. I confirmed with Amazon it was not a charge on my account and the account that made this transaction in question had been closed.

I then raised with New Day and they refunded amount. 2 months later they have recharged me for the fraudulent amount.

Completely useless.

I took the card to build my credit…

I took the card to build my credit score and the tools Aqua provides really helps to achieve this. I love the opportunity to set up instalment plans for bigger purchases or when you need to manage your finances for a few months. The application was simple and straightforward, you also get regular reminders of your payment date which is very useful.

Try to buy a phone through my lebara account you have the option to pay in installments they took £25 to do a credit check has been two weeks now not heard anything nor have I received my £25 back day light robbery

Helpful service at cost

I have found Aqua very helpful in guiding me towards better credit management. The rating calculator helps me clarify how small changes can make great changes for my personal credit rating.
What I do find disheartening is the high % rate of interest charged each month which detracts from all financial efforts

You are not protected when you get…

You are not protected when you get scammed and they purposely fail to fight a chargeback. What they do is they send it off, but if the merchant replies, they see it as a loss, and they say they lost the chargeback without even contacting you for more evidence to rebut. So for purchases YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED, AND SECTION 75 MAKES IT HARD TO CLAIM; they also side with the merchants.

 

The best card protection when it comes to section 75 or chargebacks with similar problems, in my experience, is

 

Lloyd’s Bank

TSB

nationwide

NatWest

JA JA FINANCE

 

Credit cards and debit cards ABOVE—they will fight for you, but NewDay / FLUID will just scam you. If you look at their repartition online, these are not the good guys; they will scam you. MAKE UP THEIR OWN RULES AND SAY GO OMBUDSMEN, WHICH IS SOMETIMES JUST A WASTE OF TIME.

 

How I resolved it.

Don't try this at home. due to me not having assets or anything of value. And I don’t care about credit ratings; due to them scamming me, I just stop paying them. CCJs, court, or bailiffs mean nothing to me.

THEY ALLOWED TO CHASE PAYMENTS FOR 6 YEARS, BUT THEY WILL GET NOTHING; THEY JUST WASTED THEIR MONEY. THEN THEY WILL EITHER SELL IT ON
