Fast, accurate and eased my worries!
Suspected I had a mild UTI and wanted to check before making GP appointment. Taking the test was simple and efficient, with clear results showing a positive result. The GP appointment confirmed this result and it is now being treated. Would really recommend these tests to someone looking to quickly check their health - I know I will be buying more!

Perfect experience for allergy test
I used a Newfoundland allergy test to see if I officially have hay fever and indeed my suspicions were right! The test came super quickly!! And was easy to use (almost fun) with thorough instructions and guidance!!! I'll definitely use Newfoundland again for more tests in the future!!! Nothing bad to say!

Got the thyroid test
Got the thyroid test. The lancet broke as I tried to remove the cap, pinging into pieces. I ended up using a needle to draw blood. The instructions were not clear and the dropper wasn't great. Managed to drip blood onto the test so still got results but was an absolute faff.

Terrible lancets and poor instructions. Wasted my money
The instructions for the vitamin D lancet use were not clear enough between the steps of taking off the cap and correctly using the lancet. The caps were almost impossible to remove. I had to use pliers and a lot of muscle to get both lancet caps off, and then I accidently triggered them both, not understanding how the spring release worked so I couldn't collect my blood to use, and had to throw the whole kit away. Awfully designed lancets, and instructions not comprehensive enough to avoid making mistakes. Would not recommend!

Removing the lancet cap requires a 'push and twist' and it will come off easily.
Your comments are invaluable, and we're improving our instructions based on them.
Quick and worthwhile
The tests were straightforward to do and instructions nice and clear. I’m never done anything like this before so had to read everything really carefully, but totally worth doing as it saved me battling with the GP for blood tests. Would recommend.

Complete waste of money
Complete waste of money. The bowel health test had the reaction tube missing from the pack so I couldn't complete the test, didn't realise it was missing until half way through the test as I hadn't opened the packet it was in before I started.

Such a great idea, why has no one thought of this before?! The iron self-test has been so helpful, finally able to easily keep track of my iron deficiency without having to wait waste my time waiting for a doc appointment. Thanks so much! Also, very affordable and have basically found the self-test at any of local stores xx

Easy to use
Easy to use. Clear instructions. Used both of the lancets to get enough blood without squeezing my fingers. Blood capillary tube worked fine. Saved a trip to the GP surgery to see how I'm doing between tests.

Easy to use and very reassuring
I have now done several of these tests - prostate, bowel health, cholesterol and thyroid - and have found them to both very easy to use and very reassuring. Ordering is straightforward and delivery quick. Great that you now buy them on Amazon and in most major supermarkets
