I had the most smoothes stress free experience, any changes, i would get an update from Vicky who has been absolutely splendid throughout this whole process. Any enquires i had she would answer them straight away, and return my call back, i had no chasing to do as i was being updated frequently. She was absolutely amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Very pleased with the service i received.

Amie at New Homes Solutions was fantastic at communication, checking in every week during the purchase of our property. The long wait paid off and I was happy with the service provided.

I made the mistake of using another solicitor, however New Home Solutions acted on behalf of the seller, they kept the ball rolling with my solicitors and helped me with questions throughout, if it wasn’t for them I would have had to wait a few more weeks. I will definitely be using the next time I move. 👌🏻

Vicky has been absolutely fantastic to work with! Wayyy better at keeping in touch than my own solicitors. As a first time buyer, I found it very helpful and she helped keep my mind at ease. What a great experience we have had with New Home Solutions. Vicky, our Sales Progressor, was fantastic. She gave us weekly updates on the progress of our sale and offered us advice and guidance for any questions or queries we had. She always had a positive can do attitude that made what was a very stressful process much easier to digest. I had a lot of questions due to being a first time buyer, and Vicky was very patient with me and gave me the information I required.

Not sure where to start but from the beginning I found them to be rude and dismissive. We were issued with endless deadline and told if we didn’t meet them the house would be put back on the market, only to be told on the day that we MUST exchange they couldn’t as The sellers new house wasn’t ready. They were rude to my solicitors who are thankful this horrible experience is almost finally over!

Wonderful. All the way through a difficult process Gina and Helen have been our constant care and help. Nothing has been too much trouble. Once we had a buyer Helen has been amazing, and consistent and has given her all to get our sale through. It was never an issue contacting her even though I was doing it daily, our sale was her priority. I would not hesitate to recommend New Home Solutions.
