Pointless, useless company, if all you want is someone to take a couple of photos and put them on right move then this is the company for you, don't expect any communication throughout the sale process and everytime you ring expect to be told that the person you want to speak to is unavailable. Not very client friendly and the customer services are almost non-existent

I found the experience of dealing with this company frustrating. Yes, they always answered the phone but when the person indicated was never available and would ring me it didn't take long to understand this secret message as my phone never rang.
Information needed I gained from a totally different source thankfully.
Buying a house is stressful at the best of times and this company seemed bent on getting me to full breakdown.

Overall poor experience
We had experience with this agency due to being a buyer of a property. Frustrating initial response time as they would say they will respond within a certain timeframe and would never meet this deadline. We had no other means of communicating due to distance from any branches. Furthermore, on completion day we had no prior communication about location of key collection and only on our solicitor giving us a named location worked out it was a minimum 40 mile round trip from the property purchase. We believe there was no personalisation and the people skills were at a minimum.

Brilliant service
Having had my house on the market for close to a year with varied responses. My partner and I used New Home Solutions and what a fantastic difference it made.
The photographs of our home were brilliant.
We had tried several other companies and none came close to the product we received from New Home Solutions.
Then the customer service was outstanding. Karly Bibby was our allocated account manager and she was just brilliant.
Karly is exceptional knowledgeable, funny and best of all customer focused. When she promised to call or email she did. It was never a case of wondering what was happening next.

New Homes solutions made our selling process so much simpler and meant we could achieve our dream home in a much quicker time frame than going the more traditional route. From the marketing process to the actual sale we have been thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend to others.

Waste of space
Literally a waste of space. Had no idea what was happening with the purchase of a house. Kept ringing up to ask us and then a few weeks later would ring to ask again. Then all of a sudden stopped calling and didn’t bother doing anything….then people never returned calls. Rang us up and gave details about the wrong house towards the end. Honestly I don’t think they know their own job. One day I told a lady I was very unhappy with it all and she replied oh that’s amazing. Wasn’t even listening.
Misleading and Contradictory Valuation Process
We used New Home Solutions for a part-exchange valuation and found the process contradictory and misleading. We were told the valuations provided were true independent market valuations, not developer figures. The report recorded a “vendor expectation” we never gave, making it look as though we were asking for more than the property was worth. It relied on two agent visits and one desk-based estimates while the higher figures were ignored the final estimate was based from the desk-based estimate. We expected the developer would reduce whatever figure New Home Solutions gave, and that is exactly what happened. However, the report itself seemed off and this may be due to a lack of knowledge of the area. It included “sold in street” data from houses that were demolished years ago, pulled in comparable from completely different towns, and downplayed stronger local evidence right on our doorstep. Negatives were highlighted without equal weight to positives. There was also no further mention of helping us with an assisted sale, which had previously been raised. The process was delayed due the New Home Solutions not keeping in touch, we had to chase every step.
Overall, it the report read less like an independent valuation and more like an exercise in suppressing the price to suit the developer. Everyone lost out in the end. We felt as though we were not their kind of customers and they did not want our custom.
