Avoid this company at all costs

I placed an offer for a property on Monday, to receive no further communication from the company at all. I called around 5 times each day from Monday to Friday to be told every time by the receptionist that the line I want is busy and they will ask them to call back - I received no calls back whatsoever, or response to my emails.
I finally got through on Friday afternoon, to be a told a voicemail had been left that my offer was declined, I had no voicemail. I also said I would be negotiable with a higher offer if it was declined, but they did not call me. The agent said that was final offer, which I clearly told 2 agents, it was not my final offer.
I would avoid this company at all costs.

Very dodgy

I booked a viewing with New Home Solutions for a property. Two days after I'd booked the viewing, the property was no longer available and had been removed from Rightmove. I called up straight away to ask what was going on. The lady on the phone told me that an offer has already been made on the property but I could still come and view it to make an offer.

The next day, I receive a text saying my viewing is cancelled and the house is sold. I find it SO bizarre that they put homes up for sale, and within 2 days, its already been sold? NO viewings were carried on the property at all. I don't understand how this is normal and this isn't the first time this has happened.

It's very unfair to put homes on the market, allow you to book a viewing, then sell the property within 2 days? Feels very odd.

Proactive, approachable and excellent communication

Helen Dyson has been nothing short of fantastic throughout the sale of our home. She has been proactive every step of the way and is so friendly and approachable too. After a bad previous experience with another Estate Agent, New Homes Solutions have been a refreshing change and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Offer to completion in 4 weeks!

Vicky Richardson and her team were fantastic on this purchase. From offer to completion in 4 weeks takes some doing but we managed it, thanks to New Home Solutions and their recommendations.

Amber at New Homes was fantastic!

Amber at New Homes was fantastic. Amber supported us through a house sale and always made sure we were informed and aware of all events. She was extremely empathetic and made our experience a positive one. Nothing was too much for her, especially when it got to the point we were in touch every day! She worked so hard to make our move possible and we are forever grateful!

Sales progression manager better than a solicitor!

Helen Dyson has been absolutely superb in this process. Thanks to Helen we exchanged when we thought all was lost. She chased through the chain repeatedly to ensure an agreement was reached in time for completion. Thanks Helen you’ve done more for us than anyone in this process

If I could give more stars I would

If I could give more stars I would. The staff at the company have been very helpful and efficient. We had our property up with another agent and we hardly had any interest it was hard to get in touch with them for any updates. When we put our property up with New Homes we started getting a lot more interest. A complete different experience to the previous one. The staff work 7 days a week and at times would call during the evening to book in viewings. Very efficient! We would highly recommend as the whole process has been a breeze. Form valuations all the way to progression we have always had the support we needed. 10/10 service! Highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH DISGRACEFUL AND UNPROFESSIONALS

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH UNPROFESSIONAL FIRM!!

I had an appointment booked to view the property on Thursday morning at 10:00am which was literally 80 miles from my place.

So like I always do I view the property on the agent’s website to make sure what I am expecting when I arrive at the property. So this particular property I had an appointment to view was NOT on their website anymore? So I looked on Zoopla and Rightmove .. and on Zoopla it said the property was off market!!

So they booked me that appointment on Tuesday for the Thursday morning ..

So I rang the office at 8:00am so I could speak to someone if the property was still available and my appointment was still on their diary because driving all the way 80miles and that property is off market it will be an absolute waste of my time! And IF THE OFFER HAS ALREADY BEEN ACCEPTED ON THIS PROPERTY WHY NO ONE CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT AND LET ME KNOW LIKE THE ESTATE AGENTS ALWAYS DO!!!!

So after speaking to me he of the guys on their “reception” he said he had no clue about the property and staff was “busy” so they couldn’t speak to me and they will have to call me back.

Like seriously ??? It was 08:15 when I was on the phone and the appointment like I mentioned was scheduled for 10am !!

This is an absolute DISGRACE of a management and an estate agent!!

WHY PROPERTY SHOWS “OFF-MARKET” ON ZOOPLA AND NOT ON AGENT’s WEBSITE ANYMORE? AND IF THE PROPERTY HAD BEEN SSTC WHY THEY DIDNT SEND ME THE EMAIL / TEXT MESSAGE TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT??

THIS IS AM ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT TO THE FIRM AND THEIR MANAGEMENT!!

I AM SO GLAD I CHECKED THE PROPERTY BEFORE I LEFT TO VIEW IT OR I WOULDNT EVER KNOW THAT THE APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED !!!!

At 08:30 I received the text from “VICKI RYLATT” that the appoint is as planned and scheduled! So I rang back again to CONFIRM as it all looks so shady and weird .. so the person who answered my phone wasn’t sure AGAIN so asked me to wait until she confirm and get back to me and by that time after the text I was ready to set off but STILL wasn’t sure with this agency (AFTER READING THE REVIEWS)…

So at 09:05 I received the call from the office CONFIRMING THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN SOLD AND VIEWING HAS BEEN CANCELLED!!! SERIOUSLY?? AND YOU ARE TELLING ME NOW? IF I DIDNT CONTACT YOU GUYS THE APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!!! AND IT WAS 80 MILES FROM MY PLACE!!!! AND THEN A LITTLE SORRY??

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS ESTATE AGENCY GUYS THEY ARE ALL “LEARNERS” AND “UNPROFESSIONALS!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL FIRM!!!!

Positive feedback

I had a really good experience with New Home Solutions. Helen Dyson was my main contact and she was helpful and approachable at every stage. She called with weekly updates on the purchase of our home. She was happy to answer any questions and was very fast to respond to any emails or phone calls. She definitely made a stressful experience much smoother.

What a great experience I had with New…

What a great experience I had with New Home Solutions. I was kept in the loop proactively and they often called to give me progress updates and made sure I was aware of the stages. They worked quickly and efficiently with my solicitors. I strongly recommend using their services. I do want to also give a shout out to my sales progressor Sam Smith, she was fantastic throughout the process. Sam was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable on all the questions I had. Thank you New Home team and thank you Samantha!

Over and above service

I have dealt with Helen Dyson throughout my purchase of a property and she as been fantastic. She has helped me to find documents that my solicitors were struggling find and has gone over and above in providing a fantastic service to me. She has checked in regularly to update me on the progress of the sale.

Amazing

Patience, determination and resourcefulness were needed in large quantities to finally sell our property and thankfully Gina had all of that. She showed great tenacity to work through a very technically complex sale but never let-up until she got it over the line.

I would not hesitate to recommend New Home Solutions - and Gina, of course - to anyone selling their property.
