I will be recommending them to all our neighbours and friends. Well worth the money. James and Sean arrived on time, both very professional, friendly and full of experience.

A full thorough inspection of the house, both external and internal, was completed over several hours, making sure nothing was missed. Using a drone, and thermal imaging equipment to aid their process.

They then created a PDF report with accompanying photos and descriptions of all of the issues and also a useful spreadsheet to keep track with the developer for making good all the items.

Most of our issues were fortunately minor items, but a couple of issue found which could cause huge financial cost to repair in the future so it’s well worth the initial investment to get these professionals in to identify issues we hadn't noticed ourselves.

They also took some cool external photos from their drone of our house and neighbourhood which was a bonus!

Booking process was straightforward and easy. With professional knowledge and years of experience they know what they need to look for. Efficient work. They provide extensive report in a pdf file and useful excel file for progress tracking. Happy with their work , the service was worth every penny.

James & Sean completed a pre-exchange snagging survey on our new four-bed home. A pleasure to deal with throughout, very courteous, great attention to detail, and clearly both very knowledgeable of building practices (interior, exterior, groundworks). We received a detailed report itemising the many defects (minor, major) in a format suitable for the developer and our conveyancer, allowing us to move to the next step. Getting the survey completed was an essential step in the process and we made the right decision to use New Home Surveying.

James and Sean came to inspect our new 3-bed and did an outstanding and very through job. They answered all our questions and showed us clearly the issues they had found. Sean from New Home Surveying, carried out a very comprehensive survey of our 3-bed new-build home. From the outset the whole process was efficient, informative and extremely helpful. Sean was very pleasant, patient and painstaking, explaining issues as he progressed around our home, answering questions we put to him.
We had delayed having a survey done, but after encountering numerous defects ourselves, we realised that for peace of mind a professional survey was needed. A short time after Sean's arrival, we had no doubt that we had made the right decision and the cost would be well worthwhile.

Fantastic service and worth every penny. If you've bought a new build house get these guys out!!!

James did our snagging, performed around 13 months after our completion, and he is a very friendly and trustworthy tradesman. He worked through our house explaining everything as he went along and what should usually be expected of a new build property. Having had the snagging done, we feel more justified in seeking improvements to our new build home and I'm confident that we will more than make our snagging cost back.

Would highly recommend to others thinking of having this done too. If anything, I'd suggest doing it early on - we thought leaving it later would be helpful in case anything came to light after a year of use, however James was so thorough that I think he likely would have spotted issues before any such deterioration occurred.

We have just had our home surveyed by James in Wallingford. From the beginning when we first enquired the response was so quick, we had to book in January as this was the earliest slot available but I am so glad we waited for them to do the job! I can highly recommend James and his team, he is exceptionally knowledgeable, very professional and passionate about what he does! It was our first home so unsure of the process but James explained and updated me on his findings throughout the day. I am very impressed with the technology that was used during the day and in the price of the report. When the report came through it was very informative, clear and concise and arrived quickly! I have just had my new build apartment surveyed by Tom. The service from arranging the survey to receiving the final report has been exceptional. Tom took his time to explain his findings to me and even worked around me, looking at my study last as I was working from home.
