Couldn't have asked for a better inspection. The guys were friendly and professional.
They were very thorough and detailed. Even though there weren't any major defects to our new build they did find quite a few minor issues. Things we probably would've missed or things that might become an issues in the future. Would definitely recommend and i will definitely use these guys again.

James and Sean are wonderful, I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. They are very well equipped and very understanding. James and Sean sent me my report which is extremely well presented, easy to follow and a spreadsheet so I can add my own notes and progress now I have sent in the defects. I feel very confident they didn't miss anything and i just want to say Thank you for your amazing service.

If you have purchased a new build property then snagging is a must! Sean and James are both very knowledgeable, have a friendly approach and nothing was to much trouble. As they found defects especially major ones they kept me informed and explained various steps along the way.
Impressively the report was issued the same day and it was produced to a high standard - thorough and detailed. They even include an excel tracker which is really useful for monitoring the snags when they are being addressed with your builder.

We've just had our new build surveyed by Sean and James and would highly recommend their services. Their inspection of the property was extremely thorough with an excellent attention to detail. They picked up on some high risk defects in our property that even as seasoned home owners we were completely oblivious to. I am a homeowner of a new build. Which is the reason I wanted to have a Snag person visit the property and highlight any issues or horrors from the beginning. Me and my partner are both very pleased we did this, not only to have a qualified 3rd party to check over the property but also to alleviate any worries and fears. The checks carried out by Seam & James was very thorough. The report is excellent and easy to read along with pictures. Some of the issues you may come across down the line and others you personally never would. The whole process of setting this up was easy and simple. Can't wait to have them back over to re-check the list once we have been told they have been addressed.

Sean and James came to survey our new-build 3 bedroom house today and we cannot recommend their services enough! They were really friendly and professional from the outset and took care to check the home thoroughly which included use of a thermal imaging camera and a drone. Throughout the process Sean and James kept checking in with us, kept us informed of where they were and explained their findings as they went, something which we really appreciated to keep our minds at ease. I had James & Sean out to survey my new build apartment.
They arrived promptly & on time. Before the survey started, we were advised what they would be doing and how they would do it.
Any major snags that were identified, they would come & grab us to discuss and explain why it was defective.

James & Sean were very friendly and this made it easier to communicate with them. Any questions I had they were happy to answer.

The report was sent to us same day which was very appreciated. It was detailed & thorough - which I forwarded onto the developers.
They also kindly provided a spreadsheet to track the snags which is handy to keep on top of everything.

Overall, I am pleased with the service & absolutely would recommend James & Sean to anyone purchasing a new build.

Really good service definitely a must when buying a new house. They found many snags that we would have never found. They take pictures and do a spreadsheet so you can just forward to builders, also a tick sheet that you can tick snags off as they are done.
