What a great company and a great find. Absolutely excellent service and the fully comprehensive snagging report, with photos and aerial shots, was me by the end of the day. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely fantastic guys James and Sean could not fault them. They talked us though the whole process of the appointment, so professional and lovely to chat to! Initially we were not going to get professional snaggers in but our neighbours had recommended New Home Surveying and thought it was a good idea. We had Tom and he was very helpful (helped answer all our questions even as he was leaving!) and professional. Even emailing is fast and efficient and we couldn’t have asked for more! Would highly recommend and the aerial photos are just an incredible touch!

After moving into our new build & noticing some snags we decided to hire a professional snagger and this company didn’t disappoint. It was well worth the money which paid for itself within minutes of them arriving at our property (they found a costly snag straight away). The lads are very friendly and informative and it is clear that they know what they are doing, will highly recommend to anyone to use this company.

Sean and James surveyed our new build today and were great. They arrived promptly and clearly explained their process for the day. They have provided us with a comprehensive report which includes photos and a spreadsheet for us to track in the future.

James and Sean surveyed our new build house. Having purchased new build properties previously we weren't sure what value would be added by this survey. Safe to say - a lot! James & Sean are very, very thorough and rushed nothing. As they identified, documented and photographed issues they took time to explain these to us. James and Sean provide a comprehensive written report, supported by pictures, and suggested remediations. They also provide the defects on a spreadsheet which can be given to the developers so everyone can agree remediation and work from the same list. Our developer was very complimentary and happy to work from it. Cannot recommend New Home Surveying highly enough.

New Home Surveying are excellent. James surveyed a property for us and his thoroughness and attention to detail are amazing. The report contains more than 100 photos, each one meticulously highlighting the specific defect that James had spotted (and which we had missed when we viewed the property). The report also advises on the appropriate mediation for each defect and which trade should be employed to resolve it.
We also received a well constructed spreadsheet which we can use to prioritise fixes and track completion.
We would recommend New Home Surveying to anybody looking to buy a new build or a recently renovated property.

Excellent service, James and Sean spent hours going over every details inside and outside our house, they gave us so much information and advice on the snags they found which we would never have known about, worth every penny - to top it off we had the report the same day- can’t thank them enough

James and Sean came to do a snagging survey in my new home, and not only were they a pleasure to meet and to welcome into my home they also impressed me with the thoroughness with which they approached the survey. Apart from a whole range of issues that would need attention they also found an issue with the drains that would have caused serious damage to my newly laid engineered oak flooring if they hadn’t identified the problem. So worth every penny.

Fantastic service from NHS. James came to survey our 3 bed new build house within the first week. Very thorough inspection both externally and throughout the house. Far more than just an inspection - the use of a drone to check the roof and guttering and a thermal imaging device to check heating and insulation. Friendly, knowledgeable and informative communication throughout the inspection to keep us updated on issues found. Excellent detailed report with pictures and recommendations sent after the visit. Highly recommend for the reasonable price charged.

Great chaps - incredibly knowledgable and professional. Took the time to explain and discuss things clearly, and the detailed report full of photos was with me later the same day.

Made it much easier to provide my developer with my snagging list and put my mind at ease that I wouldn’t just pickup the cosmetic issues.

Even got some great drone pics of the house when they sent the drone up to inspect the gutters and roof tiles!
