New Leaf Debt Advice Limited  

My accounts still went delinquent and reported bad to credit bureau when promised they wouldn't. Lots of promises broken and left with a mess when i stopped services with them after a month and a half. They don't help eliminate debit or interest they just launder your payments for you.

Took me a lot to pick up the phone to seek help. Id been trying for months..kept putting it off like you do. Finally did it! So glad i did. Initially Luke was dealing with me...and worth his weight in gold...i have very personal family issues, very sensitive, that affect my debt but hard to discuss. He was so easy to talk to, very understanding, went out of his way for me..was on the phone im sure well over his allocated time...absolute diamond...Thankyou so much. Then another guy Scott took over dealing with me, again ,very thorough, explaining everything making sure i ve made the right decisions etc. Will definitely recommend. Hopefully onwards and upwards for me with no worries and debt stress. Thanks again,

They seem more invested in the commission from IVAs than actually helping people. I was turned down for one last weekend after they promised to help and since then, all contact has been ignored. After speaking to the National Debtline charity, I've realised none of these consolidation or IVA companies are there to help, they just want your money. Go through the official channels first.

Very easy to speak with and explain the full process of all options available, it was agreed that an IVA was the best option.

The staff was brilliant talked me through the process & what will happen ect... hassle free so they will never bombard you with phone calls. they will work around your work commitments to speak to you over the phone.

I can’t review leaf debt advice high enough, 5* doesn’t seem enough. When I got in touch with them it was so simple and easy, all the staff are really friendly. I sent them what they needed and they took care of the rest, now I can finally breathe and move forward with my life knowing I have an end to being debt free.
