Friendly and professional, this company did everything they could to help me with my situation. They talked me through my options and got me on a path to clear my debts. Its been a weight lifted from me and I would highly recommend them to any family member or friend of mine.

Really good experience with this company, the team were respectful and understanding of my situation without judgement. Can’t thank them enough!

They helped me sorting an IVA. They said I won’t get contacted by any of my creditors, well that’s not true. I’m still getting calls, texts and emails. I’ve sent screen shots to them via WhatsApp asking them why I’m getting them and they don’t bother replying. I also asked for the phone number of a manager to discuss it with them and they don’t bother replying.

I gave 5 stars as I found these really kind and helpful they was with me every step of the way

I had got myself into a situation I didn’t know how to get out of and felt very embarrassed about it. My physical and mental health were starting to suffer so I called New Leaf on a whim when I was feeling at my lowest. What a great decision that turned out to be.
I felt no judgement and everyone I spoke to was understanding, caring and helpful. The advice I received was clear and understandable and I can’t explain how much weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I now feel confident and positive about my future. I wish I could remember the names of the people I spoke to but as a team they were excellent. Thank you.

Many thanks for your advice and kind words. And yes, in no small part to you, I am much more relaxed.

I have not had such concerns in my life as we discussed; having never been in debt; ever. So as you appreciated, in the calming words and manner, you assuage some of my fears regarding my step-son's debt and reassured me how to deal with such debt collectors and that as Adam is 18 his debt is his own and not to let them in the house and other practical matters.

I am scared as to what the future holds for me and am reassured that following your advice I feel more able to put my affairs in order.

In these difficult days for all of us, you spent the time listening and showing me some empathy.

I am more well equipped to deal with both the bailiffs, and my son. We have already spoken and I didn't go "off the handle". Like I said, he is a good working lad, and will sort it.
