Newmarket Holidays is by far the most professional and reliable firm I have used for my holidays, setting a high standard among travel agencies. This should help potential travellers feel assured about their choice.
We have booked a holiday with Newmarket Holidays for October as a birthday gift. The booking process is straightforward and designed to help you navigate easily, with helpful support available if needed, making planning your trip hassle-free.
Therefore, I am now also looking at Newmarket's prestigious sporting events; the Wimbledon Tennis Break for July 2027 looks like an incredible deal.

The Human Touch!
First time I've used them and I had some queries which required me talking to someone. They have a great 'request call back' system and I was speaking to a knowledgeable human within seconds of the request. My queries were easily sorted and I booked. Very impressed and I hope the holiday is as good as their booking service.

The holiday I booked online and paid in full for was not available had a call two hours after booking to tell me this. Customer service operator said a refund would take 4/6 working days which is unacceptable when they take your money right away.

Edinburgh Tattoo & Loch Lomond.
Good to have gone up to see the Edinburgh tattoo during this traditionally busy time with Newmarket. Everything went to the well documented plan. For me transfer details from airport to hotel in Glasgow could have been made more clear. Otherwise the guide and driver, Irene and Dave, were friendly and helpful. A success!

The Scottish Highlands '5 day' train…
The Scottish Highlands '5 day' train holiday was a disappointment! We spent max 5hrs on trains over whole time. Holiday marketed as if you take the steam train from Fort William across the Glenfiddich viaduct, but 60 people were bundled into a crowded Scotrail train. People stood down isles so poor Mum couldn't see the viaduct at all.
Rushed everywhere, loads of time in the coach, hotel poor, separated us from our elderly mother even though had asked to be roomed next to her. Carpet still from 70's and food too! Not worth it.
