This was the first time I had heard of New PB and so I was apprehensive at first considering the price was better than the competition. After the order was placed I was kept informed and the delivery arrived sooner than expected.

Been looking for a massage gun for a while and wanted the Achedaway pro which I couldn't find. But then NewPB had it and at a great price. Ordered and delivered within a day. And even received a nice personal note from the staff wishing me well on my fitness journey and letting me know to be in touch.

After a lot of reading I’d decided to get myself a massage gun, with the Achedaway Pro being the unit I was after. Achedaway had currently paused selling the units direct to the UK market but lucky for me NewPB kept the Achedaway Pro model in stock. A couple of questions to the NewPB customer service department via live chat were answered very quickly. I made a purchase and received the item in good time. Done a couple of back to back centuries this weekend (fully loaded cycle touring) and used the massage gun as soon as I got back. Woke up the next day and was very pleased to say the massage gun does exactly what it says on the tin. The legs felt absolutely fine (I consider myself a seasoned cyclist but at my age my muscles sometimes get a bit tired - more so than in my younger days).

Very pleased with the massage gun and service received from NewPB. I highly recommend anyone thinking of buying one to go for it.
