I visited Oxford Street for a 3d scan. Very easy to find and very friendly staff. I arrived early and was seen immediately. The scan is much easier than taking impressions at home. Was in a relaxed atmosphere and a thorough job. Look forward to receiving my aligners

I wanted a 3D scan as opposed to the impression kit so booked time in their London location via the website. Koko was incredibly helpful, friendly and put me at ease. She was very knowledgeable and the technology is amazing. Really impressed with this Canadian company and looking forward to seeing the results.

This was a second session to create dental impressions. My first set didn't turn out okay. They were able to give me specific tips to get better results based on what was deficient about the original impressions. They were patient and friendly.

Ivy has a very warm and friendly personality. She was fun to do a video session with as she made me feel completely at ease even though I was nervous. Although the trays I had were not a good fit, she suggested alternative methods for getting an impression of my teeth. I would highly recommend her to those looking for someone to feel comfortable with.

My impression coach, Ivy, was exceptional. We had a little bit of a complicated upper tray fitting. She had great guidance, the utmost patience with me and offered excellent coaching throughout the whole process. She really knows what she's doing and is pleasant and kind. She even made herself available on her day off so that we could finish the impressions after I received different trays. I would highly recommend Ivy for impression coaching, and would recommend the impressions not be done without a coach.

Process has been simple so far. Received the kit in the mail and had a video call where Lou helped me make my impressions.

With the help of Lou the process was a straightforward and easy process. Lou was amazing and a great person to have to show me how to properly complete my impressions.
