Mediocre results / asking for 449$additional
I completed the assigned treatment only to find I should have had more steps. My teeth were still offset and gapped needing at least "three more steps" for a straight smile. When I reached out to the company, they told me they considered 80% of improvement to be proper treatment and if I wanted the addition steps it would cost an additional $449. So if you want 80% of straight teeth and are ok with mediocre then this is the company for you!
They offered me free aligners for leaving a review - if only they had sent me the balance treatment my review would have been so much different ...

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!! Signed up months ago, despite having a video call for the impressions after totally disregarding what I'd told them about tray sizes it wasn't successful. Then had them book me an appointment for a clinic months down the line hundreds of miles away from where I live. Got there to be told that they'd never even heard of this company! Still fighting for a refund now....

Alfa was so incredibly helpful and persistent to get my aligners remeasured and sent out to asap.

Ivy helped me with my impressions from the beginning. She is very patient and knowledgable. We had a few false starts, not her fault, but she explained why we needed to redo and new kits were sent free of charge. She explained what happens next and I feel she is a very good representative for the company. Can’t wait till I get my aligners.

Ivy was great! She gave good instructions and was very professional and polite.

Lou helped me out a lot with my impressions and she was very concerned about my situation.

So far I have been very happy with New Smile I did my impressions and Lou has been very helpful. I look forward to getting my Aligners.

Ivy was very patient and very helpful in our interaction today. She made sure I was doing it correctly and produced the highest quality.

I have yet to receive the product, but the customer service I received in the process of ordering and finding out what was right for me was A+. Joanna answered my questions and was extremely helpful with proving me the link to get me in the right direction for which retainers were right for me. I received an email back very promptly after sending my initial email, and communication continued to be efficient throughout the process! Thank you so much to Joanna!

Thus far the experience has been great, with the easy of using the website and the information provided to guide you through practicing for the molds, they respond quickly to my email inquiry. My video appointment with Ivy, was great. She was very nice and really helped ease my nerves and helped me profect the process for getting a good mold. Ivy was very responsive to my request to reschedule my appointment too. I hope the straightening process goes as well too.
