Live Chat and Dispatch

Good Stuff: My third order so they are doing something right, great product selection at fantastic prices ;)

Bad Stuff: The staff running the live chat do not get information from the warehouse with any haste at all, got left hanging around for an answer for over an hour. My question related to an order I was placing and waiting to checkout (at around 11am on a Friday). So I didn't miss the dispatch deadline I checked out without getting an answer but the order wasn't shipped until after the weekend anyway, quite disappointing :(

Very nice manners.

I had a inquiry and the girls was very very helpfull indeed. Allways delivered on time. Its the only vape company i use, and i have tried the rest. Would recommend.

Perfect customer service

Ordered on 05 January, received on 11 January. The tracking number is not updated (Royal Mail International), which is a problem when you want to track the parcel, but it arrived quite quickly. The customer service was very responsive. I am very happy with my purchase, one star less because the delivery is not transparent otherwise it deserves 5 stars :)

Completely disingenuous customer…

Completely disingenuous customer service. Tracey from customer service blamed everything else she can apart from taking responsibility for their own dismal failings.
Surprised she hasn't blamed a binman strike for a delay in receiving goods. Shocking service. Avoid

Very pleased with the service

Very pleased with the service. Sometimes my favourite flavours are out of stock but usually back in stock within a day or 2. 48 tracked is great when postal service is normal.

Ordered still waiting

Ordered and paid in full for goods on 24nov .still being fed bs that the post office are on strike??used to rave about the service from here but since relocation customers are at the bottom of the list.

Terrible service

Avoid using this company, they false advertise made a order with 48 hour delivery, hasn’t arrived 3 weeks later, poor customer service on contacting them and no help as they just blame other businesses such as the Royal Mail what they don’t seem to understand is alternative delivery options are available out there when we all know the Royal Mail we’re going on strike, plus that excuse becomes thin when it’s been 3 weeks, I would order from here with caution !!

You took my payment and I have never…

You took my payment and I have never received my order from November.
When I complained, I received a reply stating due to postage delays.
I have now waited 3 weeks and still no package. Disgusting service for a brand new customer
