Ordered over a week ago

Ordered over a week ago, chose 48 hour delivery and they have still not arrived. Took 5 days to even dispatch to Royal mail. First time using and won't be using again. Its a shame as the prices are good and I usually don't mind if its a day or two late but taking almost a week to even give the parcel to royal mail is a bit much.

It all turned out really great and I'm happy I went with this shop!

I was unfortunate to place my order at a time their logistical side of the business was undergoing a makeover but the support was really there to make sure I was taken care of. Which I certainly was. I was compensated for the delayed delivery with great generosity and everything was in pristine condition at arrival. So what can I say.? Sometimes everything can't be perfect but they surely made up for their temporary problem.

I bought a bunch of salt shots and some juices with a "Wotofo PROFILE PS DUAL MESH RDA" which I am amazed by. It makes the juices taste a lot better compared to my old coil. Purest flavor i've come by it can produce great clouds as well if you're into that. Don't hesitate to try it out. I can assure you satisfaction.

Great support and a great vapeshop. Thank you once again.

Updated:- Now happy with resolution, did there utmost to help out. Very happy now and even been back since !

Update: had to upgrade from 2 to 5 stars. Decided to give 5 stars as they went above and beyond to sort out the issues I had with my order, firstly going wrong due to a warehouse move making it more than a week delayed, then secondly no stock.
But as I said they did their upmost to help and sort out the situation. Upgrading me once as you see in my original review here, unfortunately that one busted in 3 weeks?!? But again this is where the 5 stars comes in, they again upgraded me and now I finally have a satisfactory solution I have a fully functioning Aegis max, and funnily enough I was on the lookout for a single 21700 mod, so that swap suited me fine.
So overall I can say it's a shame things went so badly at the beginning. But they did everything they could to sort my issues out. And I have even been back for more stuff and can report, absolutely ZERO ISSUE this time with my order or the stuff received. So overall I am now happy and will be back again.

My purchase which was a nightmare from the start due to delays and then no stock after the delays in processing my order! Has now broken after only 3 weeks.
The 510 has become so loose you can see underneath and it will no longer read an atomizer correctly, or at all most of the time, reading "no atomizer" on screen.
So basically after being messed about for like 2 weeks then finally gettin my order 3 weeks later it's busted!

Great vaping online webstore!

Avoid this one! Ordered and paid 3 weeks ago and they just fail to ship my order. Got one reply where they stated that "there's some problem in our international logistics" which is BS obviously. Will have to file a complaint to my CC provider in order to get my money back.

EDIT: I received my order, There was a misunderstanding. They actually had a problem with logistics, the email contact was very friendly and they are reliable, they as well added a special extra gift; very nice thanks, will change my rating and will buy again.

One to avoid

Placed order and payed for next day delivery. 32 days and counting and no delivery received. Was advised they were moving warehouse on first enquiry yet still advertise and routinely send product offers which they can’t deliver to. There’s no advise of this delays on the website and was given tracking details 28 days after order which Royal Mail confirmed had never been received from new vaping. Would Certinly not use this company again due to being unreliable and in honest with customers.

I had a problem with a battery and…

I had a problem with a battery and messaged them, they replied straight away and were extremely helpful. They sorted it out immediately and were very kind.
Orders sent out promptly with tracking details, used them for years now. Great service. Highly recommend.

i ordered a vape kit almost 3 weeks ago and did not recieve it, when i got intouch they told me the they were moving wearhouse and they would inform me when my order had been dispatched, 2 weeks later im sy]till waiting, Ive emailed them again asking where my order is and i want a full refund if its not been sent out. that was 2 days ago and as of yet they have ignored my emails. I will never order from these again
