I have used NWBC for a virtual and physical office space for the last five years and the service provided by Magda and her colleagues has been second to none. Thanks for everything.

We rented an office at NWBC for 2 years and it was a pleasure from start to finish. The offices and communal areas were always spotless, communication was excellent (e.g. if there was maintenance work, fire alarm tests etc) and there was continual improvement the whole time e.g. installing EVC points. It’s right by the cycle track as well as having plenty of on-site parking, and Warmley Waiting Room is a couple of minutes walk away for lunch or coffee. The team are so friendly and efficient and Magda in particular on the front desk always went the extra mile. As others have said, Cake Friday was a particular treat! We’ll miss being here but would come back in an instant if circumstances changed - I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I always enjoyed going in to work at New World Business Centre, the atmosphere was always friendly and welcoming. The offices and kitchen were always kept clean and tidy. Magda and Kirsty were always there to greet you with a smile and keep everything running - I'm genuinely going to miss seeing them everyday (especially going to miss cake Fridays!!)

Good size offices to accommodate small or larger businesses. Meeting rooms also available to book when required.
Hot drinks available all day and Friday Cakes are an added treat at the end of the week.

Great location out of the busy town centres, with cycle track close by to wind down on your breaktimes. Parking for cars and cycles. Showers also available if your commute is longer.

As a company we regularly use the Meeting facilities at New World Business Centre as they are both flexible and professional with their approach. The team go the extra mile to ensure the room is ready for us even when our meetings don't align with the normal operating hours of the centre.

We moved to NWBC back in December 2020 and the team that look after us all are amazing.

Karen and Emma on reception are professional, courteous and always happy to help with any queries.

The centre has everything we currently need and it will be nice to see how it operates when people are back in the office after Covid restrictions. The team have ensured our safety in the office during the pandemic and have protocols in place to ensure this continues.

The office and facilities are always spotless and clean, had great parking and security arrangements.

As with other reviews - Fridays are always a bonus in the office with Cake Day.

We have been at the centre for 3 months now and we have been made to feel very welcome. The staff are friendly and can not do enough for you.

The centre has great amenities which includes free tea and coffee. It is well presented and clean. The staff have been great at implimenting Covid-19 procedures. There is an added bonus of Cake Fridays!

We like the fact it is in a great location for transport routes with easy access to M4, M5, Bristol and Bath.

I would reccommend the centre to any business!

I have been using an office at New World Business Centre since November 2019. The offices and facilities are excellent and the staff friendly and efficient. There is a modern, clean kitchen and hot drinks are available (as are cakes each Friday!). The Reception arrangements are very good, providing call answering and message taking.

Friendly and Professional Service
We recently held a whole office meeting at New World Business Centre and were extremely happy with the facilities and the help we received from Emma. Would definitely use again !

Fantastic and friendly service, our visitors have commented on the welcome they receive. Facilities are kept spotlessly clean and plenty of parking is available.

We used the NWBC for the first time yesterday and cannot speak highly enough of the service that we received.

The venue met our location needs with attendees travelling from the Midlands, London, Devon and Bristol Airport, It was relatively easy to find with enough car park spaces allocated to us.

Nothing seemed too much trouble for the ladies and lunch arrived bang on time. We will be back.

I came across NWBC when looking for a meeting venue to hold our business development sessions with our clients.

The venue was clean, modern and had all the facilities you would require. The staff were so friendly and did everything they could to assist.

So glad to have found this venue, and will be using it more in the future.

Still here 4 years on, it is such a pleasure to come here to work and be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I don't think there is anywhere better to spend a working day. Its calm, clean (exceptionally!) and the facilities are always kept in tip top condition with all you need to get through your day. Well done NWBC and our lovely ladies.
