At the end of January 2025, we used Smartmoves Specialists to remove our delicate, heavy equipment, studio, and personal items and transport them to a storage specialist.
At the end of April 2025, we contacted James at Smartmoves Specialists to move our stored items to their new destination.
James listened to our moving plan and gave good and helpful moving advice, which was dependent on accurate logistic timings and meeting points.
James’ communication and response was clear and concise throughout this whole process.

On both occasions, James and his team were curteous, punctual, and attentive in moving our specialist, delicate, and heavy equipment including personal items. Both moving days were stress free and No damage. The moving van is equipped with all the necessary strappings and protective coverings.

James and his team were absolutely brilliant - friendly, professional, efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them. All belongings were treated with care and not a single item was bent, let alone broken. I’d highly recommend them for any of your removals needs.

They took care of our entire end to end removal needs from moving furniture to bulk waste removal, often within quite tight timelines. James and Cain not only helped me move and transported my things, they make great company. Everything was relaxed and not forced. Highly professional and they go above and beyond. Got rid of things that was not part of the deal, and even helped fixed things that was not in the original plan. They just made things really easy for my and did I mentioned they are so affordable!!!

James and his team were absolutely fantastic. James was instantly very accommodating and booked in a visit to our flat to help us work out what we would need to move. He then went to collect all of the materials we needed (boxes etc) and delivered them to us. On the day he was punctual and worked tirelessly with his colleague to get all of our belongings packed up carefully in to the van. He then diligently unpacked the other side. All of our possessions were transported expertly with no damage. A fantastic service; we could not have done the move without him. I would highly recommend James and Smart moves. He went the extra mile in ensuring that all of our needs were met and is a fantastic and personable man.

I moved between flats in the Leyton area, it was a great experience, James was friendly, had a good size van, was careful with all my stuff, and even refunded me when I accidentally overpaid! Would definitely use again 👍
