Disgusting give all the food customer service at Xmas then few weeks later after Xmas when the scooter has been rid a handful of times and the scooter them won’t work they have removed themselves from Facebook website and your left £300 down and no scooter disgusting as these scooters are majority for kids

1 star rating is too much. Nextgen Scooters are a con / scam. Scooter faulty shortly after set up. Nextgen did not respond to calls, messages or emails. Was lucky to be able to get refund from credit card company after returning scooter to Nextgen.
AVOID - DO NOT USE .

Spoke with Aidan when bought the scooter - really helpful at first and why was that ? Because only interested in scamming you. Scooter delivered ok and nothing but issues since - it did 16 miles and packed in ' called and got all the excuses going for examples - I will send you the spare parts - which never arrived - will order a new motor - never arrived and now not returning any messages ' FB sight now taken down - guarenteed Next Gen scammer not scooters avoid and you work hard for your money and this company do not give a damn about you or the product they scam you with. Well done Next Gen - i hope the police track you down and one day they will. Anyone with a bit of sense which unfortunately i didnt have avoid and not worth the misery caused avoid this company at all costs !!

I feel sick and so mad with myself for allowing to be scammed by this company! Loads and loads of reviews, Facebook page, Instagram etc and excellent communication when order and surrounding delivery. However,
now the scooter isn't working and all the ways of contacting them have been deleted. Total Scam company please please avoid and never our hase from them!!! I now have an Autsic destruaght child with a scooter which is broke after being used maybe 4 times! I'm bloody fuming!!!

I brought a scooter for an Xmas gift, funny now I see it that all the perfect reviews that liked his scooters and gave him a 5 star rating were his face book friends, lucky I took pictures of all his Facebook linked friends that all lived in the same area that rated his product. After my purchase I did not get any email confirmation. It felt like a scam I got a scooter that has lasted for 2 months. Extremely disgusting and disappointing that someone could do this no one to retuning calls or even responded to insta private DM!!!!

This company is a joke scammers take your money sends faulty scooter then blocks you when you complain

Scam 300 pounds has come out of my account yet to arrive and the company isn't returning my calls or emails. Even when it arrives IF it ever arrives I'm sceptical about the quality of it based on the other reviews. But yet has not arrived no tracking number no confirmation email but money is gone from my account

If I could less than 1* I would. My husband checked these guys out on trust pilot before ordering ( all positive reviews) so he placed an order for 2 for our daughters. Arrived promptly - albeit to the wrong address so older daughter knew what she was getting for Christmas. Opened on Christmas Day all fine however one was sent with an American plug so unable to charge, the problems started on Boxing Day that they wouldn't turn on fully charged. Have tried to contact WHatspp (gone) messanger (Facebook deleted ) phone number (goes to answer machine) steer clear of these guys...... SCAM!!!!! Bank been contacted.

A close friend purchased 4 just before Christmas, 2 for me and my other half, 2 for him and his. 1 scooter stopped working on New Year’s Day with a probable connection issue and now one of the others has stopped with another connection issue. This company hasn’t responded to any of the numerous emails sent and they’ve now taken down their FB page, I’m sensing a scam! Trading Standards have been informed and we’re currently speaking to the bank for a refund...steer well clear

I purchased a scooter for my son for xmas, its faulty, I've emailed, WhatsApped, sent Instagram requesting an exchange/refund. No response! Disgusting customer service! Stay away from these! Gutted i checked the reviews before purchase, they were all positive!!

Brought 2 for Xmas, one broke on boxing day and been ignored since. They are dangerous and unsafe and they DONT care. Would help if knew an address

I have given 3 stars as I myself have had a great experience with next gen, I got a scooter for my partner before Christmas and it's exactly what I ordered and only took 2 days to arrive.
After Christmas my daughter ordered one for her partner which came 2 days after expected, wasn't the same scooter and within a few days fell apart, she can't get hold of them either by email, phone or Facebook so I suggested that I message them for her as her message wasn't even delivered. My message started by saying how great the scooter I purchased was and went into saying about the scooter my daughter purchased, they read the message and didn't respond! Their Facebook has now been deleted, Terrible service and my daughter was definitely sent a dodgy scooter, hoping to claim money back from the bank!

Bought a scooter off this company on the 27th Dec after a family member had bought one for Christmas & they recommend them. The scooter was 2 days late, I had no communication off them as to where the scooter was even though I facebooked messaged them 4 times, left 2 voicemails & whatsapp’d them. When the scooter came, we noticed that it wasn’t the one advertised & different to the one my family member had. On 2nd Jan, my partner was riding home from work on it, the handle bars came off & he went flying off the scooter onto the road, luckily he only had injury to his shoulder. Ive still had no contact back.
Now they’ve removed their Facebook page from all the bad reviews.
Coincidence that all reviews that are positive are from Christmas & before, after Christmas is all negative.
1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is a fake company selling fake scooters. Don't not use them at any cost. You will lose out.

Bad ,bad,bad,bad,please stay far away,still not heard nothing. I wouldn't even buy online again just in case they put another name and con people even more, save a little extra and get from a reliable shop,that way if anything goes wrong you can get a refund or replacement.

I brought a scooter off these and needs replacing as stopped working and they have done nothing about it

Absolutely terrible customer service. Had one text message after half a dozen voicemails and text messages to them with regards to the issue I’m having with this scooter. Still nothing has been resolved or any contact from them. Highly recommend not buying of them. Bought 2 scooters and one has stopped working completely after very little use by a little girl. Very upset as was for Xmas. Fuming to say the least !!!! Will be driving to the shop if not resolved in the next 24hrs !

Terrible customer service. Bought a scooter from this company for a Xmas present for my son. After a few hours playing on it on Xmas day the handlebars snapped inside. I contacted them to advise of the problem and when they eventually got back to me they say they are going to put me in touch with the manufacturer.
