I’d 1000% recommend this company! I got let down by another company regarding a scooter. So I found next gen, I was a little nervous at first ordering another scooter online. Just in case another company let me down so close to Christmas.
But I ordered yesterday (18th) and it came today. Super fast delivery! And first class service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service ordered on the 17th and it was delivered the next day. Will definitely recommend havent had a chance to try it as its a xmas present

Order 2 scooters took a week to come I did email after 4 days but no reply so facebooked messaged them and they did reply saying there was a delay.

On arrival one of the bells didn’t work on one and on the other one was a bit of plastic snapped off I didn’t bother sending them back as didn’t want to risk not getting them back for Christmas. apart from that they assembled easy and I had a quick go down the garden all looks good look forward to seeing the kids faces on Xmas days

Waited a week for my two scooters to be delivered because of the black Friday orders, was a bit disappointed when I opened the boxes as the chargers was not UK had a travel plug with it but don't fit properly apart from that lovely scooters. Two friends have order there's 1 of them was for his 2 children & my other friend for himself.

Absolutely amazing service,we spoke on the phone with a lovely fella who answered all our queries really happy.

Purchased for my 10 year son, arrived the next day, tested it out yesterday and it does go at a great speed, maybe more suited for an older child/teen/adult, however ImSure my son will be fine,as all his friends have these scooters too.
Pretty much all put together on arrival, just 4 small screws to fix handles into place required.feels very sturdy.

Brought the scooter of a facebook advert, absolutley superb, excellent quality and prompt delivery! Just ordered another for me!! Lol awaiting delivery!!

I purchased my scooter three days ago and received it the next day with no issues whatsoever. I then called the helpline number as I was anxious regarding assembling the scooter as I hadn’t done anything like this before. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and kind, and guided me step by step on how to set it up, alongside the written instructions it comes with. I must it was very easy to assemble in the end. I love my scooter it’s so much fun and will definitely be purchasing more for my family members during Christmas. Thanks next gen! :)
