Slow delivery
I needed a replacement sucker cup, as the original one became wobbly on the fitting and finally broke!
I saw cheaper generic ones available online, but was doubtful in case they were not of equal quality to Nextbase products.
I received an email from Nextbase to review my experience, unfortunately the review request arrived well before the suction cup did, so hence 4 stars.

I wanted to replace the adhesive pad that attaches the powered mount for my 622gw only to find they are out of stock no excuse for poor stock control with such a small item.

Required new part to allow the dash camera to stick on the windscreen. Very easy to contact Nextbase and order replacement part via the web. Fairly priced for replacement part and order placed and confirmed instantly. Free delivery and even with postal strike delaying the part, the goods were received within 48 hours.

Replacement rear view camera
Following problems with the rear view camera (approx. 3 years old) and contacting Nextbase their diagnosis of the problem was correct and the new camera works perfectly. Apparently rear view cameras fitted to hatchbacks can cause a problem since every time the 'boot lid' is opened the cable attached to the camera moves and eventually the connections to the camera becomes damaged. The solution is to make sure the cable is secured to the 'boot lid' frame so the any cable movement does not affect the cables connection to the camera.
It would be a good idea if instructions to this effect were included with the camera.
