Dash Cam Adhesive failure
My car had been standing in very hot sun all day and my dash cam simply fell off its window mount. I googled Nextbase replacement parts and ordered an new replacement adhesive backing which was simple to replace. My only problem was one of import tax! It was around the same price as the part. The parts arrived in France within 3 days, a really fantastic service.

Avoid the suction mounts for the…
Avoid the suction mounts for the 522/622. They last a few weeks then lose suction (hole in the middle) I've gone through 3 so far in 4months of owning the dash cam.

We have two types of mounts available; a suction cup or an adhesive mount. Generally we recommend using the adhesive option as it's more durable, while the suction cup is easier to remove and reinstall.
If your camera is within 12 months of the purchase date and you provide us with your proof of purchase (receipt), we can provide a replacement piece free of charge.
