Best marketing tool
Since we started using Ngage, we have increase our new patients significantly. The service more than pays for itself. We have set up a routine to follow up with emails and a phone call to seal the deal and this works well. It also allows us to answer our current patients' concerns in a timely fashion.

Ngage is a quality chat service
Ngage is a quality chat service. They are very reliable and they treat our clients very professionally. There may be cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for. I have used them for over 5 years. I’ll stay with Ngage.

Although people usually call 1-800-HURT-911, sometimes they will use chat during office hours and often use chat after hours. Don't bother with contact forms. Potential clients want chat.
