Program started off kind of slow and I didn't feel like I was learning anything, but once I got into the labs everything started to click and make sense. I'm a hands on learner so doing the labs was very important for to start grasping the concepts that I was learning

really loved the whole experience and it talks a lot about many things like cisco and cybersecurity and the instructors also helps you by giving some tips and some tips on actually when you going to be on the field.

The videos tended to just graze over the concepts without any real skill building

The information was presented almost in an accelerated manor. I feel like sometimes the instructor forgot that this is a class for people brand new to the field. I had to look up things multiple times because there was verbiage being used that wasn't previously presented. there was a high level of frustration due to this and the lack of ability for guidance, with this being self paced. i feel as if i couldn't ask questions so if i didn't understand something there wasnt many options outside of turning to google and trying to figure it out myself

What made my experience great was the easy to understand lectures and the reinforcement techniques being used to help you keep it fresh in your mind and master the subject. The company is doing a great job in helping its students master the subject and providing hands on labs to practice real-world scenarios.

My experience with NGT has been very educational and helpful. All the instructors are available whenever they are needed. The video's instructions were good, and the self-paced style has made it fit into my schedule perfectly.

I was new to the IT world and I feel like I have the general tools and understanding to move forward in starting a career in IT.

The FSNA Basic course was a great refresher after transitioning out of the military as a Signal Officer. It isn't easy trying to balance life and school, but I went through all the lessons and took notes. The Cisco Packet Tracer labs are very helpful and it actually felt like a puzzle or game to me. So I enjoy all the lessons and training labs. I imagine that it will become more complex but it sounds fun. I look forward to finishing the course with aspirations to further my IT career as a civilian.

NGT is amazing. Whether you’re doing live classes or self paced, there is a plethora of knowledge and explanation available. Everything is simplified and made easy to understand.

The process of signing up and enrolling(using the G.I. bill at least) was super easy and straight-forward. I had put off using the G.I. bill based on the assumption it would be a major pain in the butt, like most things with the military/VA. I wish I had found NGT Academy sooner.

Although there is a lot of information to digest in a short amount of tome, it is done incrementally, and it builds on itself. Not easy, but after a bit, it makes sence.

absolutely fantastic academy for those who really want allot of training on everything and it's all explained in these crazy cool labs and its super fun way better than traditional schooling!!! level up!!!

It is a great program with lots of resources to utilize. Not the greatest at prompting so need to be self-motivated and keep track of your days on the program.
