High cost for shipping
I bought two aroma diffuser oils and a fragrance oil, all 100ml. The scent is wonderful as always. What makes me hesitate to order more is the shipping rate. The total cost for the three was almost €148 which doesn't make it worthwhile. Delivery was super fast, but I prefer a longer delivery and less shipping costs. The company should consider using other carriers instead of DHL which, albeit very efficient, is very expensive.

We understand your concern about shipping costs, especially when ordering from Northern Ireland to Malta. Post-Brexit, our options are limited as most routes go through mainland UK, which then incurs Customs fees, duty, and taxes. Currently, DHL and UPS are the best options to avoid additional delivery charges.
We appreciate your suggestion and are actively exploring more cost-effective shipping solutions. In the meantime, you're welcome to arrange your own shipping if you find a slower, more affordable option that suits you better. We are very happy to assist with any paperwork or information needed to allow you to do this.
