We’re very sorry to hear you’re still unhappy. As we’ve discussed with you directly, your order was shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked and shows as successfully delivered and collected. The parcel weight at dispatch matched the earrings and packaging exactly, confirming the item was inside when it left our studio.
We also reviewed the photo you sent, which shows damage to the box. However, there was no indication from the postal system that the parcel had been tampered with, nor was it repackaged or flagged as damaged, something that would occur if items were lost or removed during transit.
We’ve invited you to raise a formal enquiry with your local postal service, and we remain happy to cooperate fully with any investigation on their side.
We completely understand how upsetting this must be and we’re truly sorry for the frustration, but we do need to work with verified evidence when processing claims.
